I am reaching out due to an experience I just had at your establishment. I asked if I could get nachos vegan style and I was told no i would be charged nacho price and up charged $4 to attempt. Ok, no thank you! No problem ! I'Il order exactly how the menu states. I ordered 1 chicken for my child and 1 vegan ( texture needs to be improved ... a mush texture) and 1 cauliflower . I picked up my food and quickly realize the chicken taco is in the same box with my vegan/veg tacos . I don't eat chicken what so ever. I ask the cashier " did you guys put the chicken in the same plate as the veg? " she replies yes and I leave it alone... I sit down and eat . I bit into what I believe to be cauliflower and it's SALMON. I go to make the girl at the register aware ... 1 chef sees me and says no one is in the front . he walks off . someone else sees me keeps walking and doesn't ask if i need help . someone else walks straight to the back and didn't acknowledge I was standing at counter. When the gentleman with the locs sees me he quickly states he isn't sure where the cashier is but he will try to assist as best as he can which he did and I am thankful . The cashier finally shows up 4 mins later. I tell her the mistake she says " oh are you allergic? " I said no but I don't eat fish and I ordered cauliflower she asks did i eat the salmon taco. I told her no but I bit it and that's how I knew it wasn't cauliflower. She goes to check the ticket and realizes and apologizes but isn't offering any solution more so just " I'm sorry! " The man with locs assists her in correcting my order. The cauliflower taco comes up on a plate and reminder my food is to go . The cashier turns around goes to box the tacos WITHOUT GLOVES. She came from whenever she was to handle the register then turned to TOUCH my food. She only one gloved after tacos were already in the to go box to straighten them up some more and then walked them to me. I was done. I hope you guys are able to correct this! You were highly recommended but after this experience I will not be returning!

TLTR: Do not recommend. So disappointed don’t even know how to start off on a good note. I should have figured, given the <4-star reviews. But some places surprise you, so I wanted to give it a try. The good: in a “combo” platter you get 4 tacos, nicely stuffed. It’s enough to fill you well. Though the tacos aren’t big, for small eaters, 2 tacos should be filling enough. But their idea of a combo is a joke, lol. To be explained. I ordered “birria” tacos. As a summary intro, birria — traditionally made with goat, but in establishments, typically made with beef — is a slow cooked beef dish seasoned with a blend of spices. Once fully cooked, it looks like barbacoa. (For reference, it has the appearance of the shredded beef served in Chipotle.) Birria tacos are prepared in corn tortillas, with cheese, and pressed on the griddle for a crunchy finish. Then it’s topped with cilantro and onions, and served with lime wedges and a bowl of consommé. The consommé is the broth that remains in the pot where the beef was slow cooked over hours. I can’t begin to explain how good birria is when done right. The bad: talk about false advertisement… I ordered “birria” tacos and what did I get? Steak tacos branded as “birria.” That was foul play. I would have consoled myself had they been tasty, but these were very unremarkable, basic tacos. Not well seasoned. Really, it was the onions and cilantro that made them edible for me. That’s sad. Got a piece of fat with each bite — not my thing. The consommé? A little 6 ounce styrofoam cup — barely enough to gargle with it lol. And this, foodie friends, is what qualified the order as a “combo.” 😅 Wow. Bottom line: Do not recommend. The only saving grace of this place is the location — Politan Row @ Colony Square in Midtown ATL, which is a decent place to hang with different food options within feet of each other.

Visited Politan Row “food court” for a weekday lunch with a friend. I haven’t been down to Colony Square in forever. They’ve really changed it up and it’s super cute for a day date or a causal hang out to grab something to eat/do something out of the norm. I give the people watching opportunities 5/5. We walked around to look at the different restaurant menus and decided on Pretty Little Tacos. We ordered 3 à la carte street tacos (2 chicken, 1 steak) and the street corn. As well as, a taco combo (4 tacos $15) and a cauliflower taco. All the sides are a la carte. The drink options were limited. We bought drinks from a different restaurant. Our total came to $42. For tacos? 😩 …but we are at Colony Square, so what do you expect? It was good, flavorful, savory and juicy (the tacos weren’t dry). The street corn was way over cooked and too hard to chew. I didn’t finish it. The cauliflower tacos did not disappoint. Overall, the service was okay (seemed like we were bothering her even though no one else was in line), the wait was long, the food was expensive but it taste good, and the environment was fun. (Took away a star for the price, wait and service).

This was my first time visiting this establishment and upon my arrival I was excited to order to see what the hype was about. Over all a nice vibe from the bar area and we walked over to order stood in line maybe 4 minutes or so which was ok considering it was the weekend. So it’s my turn to order 3:13pm , I wasn’t greeted the cashier was tired / rude and hand writing the order down which was only 5 juicy chicken taco , 1 juicy ox tail taco and then I also ordered 1 juicy steak taco , had to repeat the order 3x to make sure it was right paid 39.20 and gave phone number to be alerted when food would be ready got the text at 3:27pm only to find out once only half the food was ready and I’m l like where is the rest of my food, the girl with the pink hair was like it’s coming then proceeded to take more orders and I’m just standing there waiting on the rest of my food meanwhile the food is getting cold she took the food put it under the heat lamp and another lady arrived for her shift and asked the girl with the pink hair what I was waiting on she was like the rest of her food it’s now 3:47 and I told them I didn’t want any of the food and I wanted my money back.. had to stand back in line and finally got my 39.20 back at 351pm. No apologies for waiting or anything. I WILL NEVER come back to this establishment if I could have given them Zero Stars...
