The cashier was amazing. She had good energy and provided great customer service all by herself. The food on the other hand…I use to come here mainly for their fried rice. It tasted different than any other location and my kids loved it. It’s been months since I’ve been here maybe over a year but the food was terrible. I don’t know if they changed staff or what but imma pass on this.

The most rude unprofessional experience ever… Im not sure why Atlanta restaurants publish hours of operations and dont stand true to them . Long story short in currently sitting in my car outside, denied service 40 minutes before close, the Open sign is still on as well. the two ladys sat at the door with their bags pack ready to go… sarcastically i feel so welcomed…

Philly cheesesteak ruined. Unfortunately it was FULL of onions and peppers, literally more vegetables than meat! Highly disappointed, meal ruined and money wasted. Never coming back. The atmosphere is also dark and dingy. The image is the veggies from only HALF my sandwich.

If you are looking to eat here for lunch on a Sunday don’t expect them to be open or helpful. There is a giant sign out front advertising open Sunday’s at noon. Upon walking in, the door was unlocked, the one employee that was inside proceeded to notify us that they were closed. When asked when they would open or why the sign states they are in fact open, he stated he didn’t know and continued playing on his phone- and just in general his dimeanor was one of disinterest about providing any kind of customer service. Being new to the neighborhood we had been looking forward to trying out American Deli but another attempt after that experience might be a hard pill to swallow! I hope whoever manages this location manages to find a...

NO! HOP ON 20-E and go to the one near the new Glenwood Kroger!!! The staff is rude, they just sit out in the lobby, even when ppl walk in, and yell across the room "is you ready yet" bad look, unprofessional...&on top of that they're ALWAYS out of rice! Don't go here, listen, DONT GO HERE!!!

Original Post:: Pretty pricey for plain ol' American Deli. There use to be some really sweet young ladies there, but the chicks that were there last time were just rude. On their phone, and irritated with the world. Save a couple dollars and go to Glenwood's American Deli... The staff is nicer, prices better (usually buy one get one 50% off) &they're open on...

My food was delicious. It meant my expectations and satisfied my taste buds exactly as I expected.

Employees were youthful and full of life. They seemed to get along well with the community, especially considering this place is surrounded by half-dozen homeless people at any given time.

A'daija was the life of the front end. She was tooting her own horn about how efficient she was as soon as I walked up to the counter.

The bathroom was locked and the tables were unclean with visible crumbs and residues from previous customers, but the liveliness and politeness of the staff as well as the on-point taste of the food made all ok. I'll...
