Arden's Garden Juice Bar & Smoothies West Midtown — Restaurant in Atlanta

I would like to write a complaint about your retail location at 969 Marietta St. I stopped in there on my way to work and the employee that was there took almost 20 minutes to make my smoothie. There was a line of people behind me and she was taking her sweet time getting to everyone and making the orders. She was washing dishes, putting things away, and doing other things besides taking orders and making the smoothies. I said something to her about her needing to hurry up because people needed to get to work. Her response was rude and told me that she's the only person working so things are going to take time and I need to be patient. And then she charged me for the wrong order which I had to tell her to correct twice! She looked to be very disorganized and all over the place, which is why it was taking her so long. I have been to that location before and to other locations as well and it has never, ever taken that long, even with just one employee working. I work down the street at CNN (Turner Broadcasting) and me and my coworkers visit this establishment often for lunch to get smoothies. However, due to the fact that she was so rude to me we will not be going back there and I will be letting my coworkers know not to go back to that location anymore. I know how important business and reputation is for any company and I hope that this is employee receives some better training on how she should treat customers because the stunt she pulled this morning with me has and will cost your company...

My normal experience is great, but a couple of weeks ago I went in to pick up some immunity shots. When I first came in, I was not greeted or asked did I need any help, Brian, who goes by the name Wood was the person who was there. I took ten of the twenty five shots and placed them on the counter and the first thing he said is, are you going to leave any, for anybody else. It was around 5:30 and no one else in the store. I assumed that Arden Gardens was in the business to make money. The funky attitude that he gave me, the only thing I could do was walk out, before I had to say something ugly. I have heard that other people have had problems with this same employee. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope upper management or owners will...

Awesome, I love this establishment. Great service and they follow the covid social distancing guidelines. I have to stop by Ardens Garden Atlanta twice a week. The fresh juices are amazing. I live by the grand slam. It's 4 small containers of fresh juice cold pressed Wheatgrass, lemon juice, cranberry juice, and ginger. It give such a great energy boost and it refreshes my spirit after walking and exercising or even if I just need a healthy smooth or tea. This place is located about 15 minutes from Piedmont Park and 5mins away from Mercedes Ben's Stadium. They also offer healthy snacks such as salads, chips, and vegan desserts. This place is highly recommended for great taste and value....
