Very excited another coffee shop opened up in West Midtown! Things you should know: I. PARKING No, parking here is NOT free. No, they do NOT validate parking. Behind Costa Coffee is an apartment complex called Live 8 West Apartments. I'd type that into Google Maps because that's where you're going to park and prepay for your time at Costa. The walk isn't far and the parking garage is new and well maintained; you'll feel secure about leaving your car there. I've visited that garage a countless number of times & haven't had any issues, but play it safe and hide your valuables / lock your vehicle. A four hour stay for us costed $12.50. II. SERVICE What knocked my review down. I arrived at noon, wanting a cold brew and they were out. They're not well prepared for customer demand. III. QUALITY The Americano was dense and acidic. Their pastries looked good but I didn't try one so I can't vouch for them. IV. CAPACITY There was a fair amount of seating available for the weekend. Quite a few students were there studying. I come to this establishment every day I roughly spend $35-$40 a week. I always get the Carmel latte and the quality is always inconsistent. It’s either cold , burnt , or not tasting like Carmel. And the prices always vary and I’m getting the same thing every visit. It’s been times I have been there and the cashier prioritizes his phone versus the customers. I’m literally trying to place an order but the cashier is telling me to hold on while he sends a text messages. After I expressed my concern there was no apology he just asked would I complain to management. This is unacceptable I’ve been coming here since January 2023 and me and my money don't feel appreciated. I asked for clarification on the pricing this morning and the cashier gave me an attitude . All in all in disappointed and I will not be returning due to the inconsistency , customer service, and unprofessional from the staff.

Instead of fixing the problem they send out and automated message for you to DM them and no one every gets back to you. Stay away from...

Wifi has since dried up and there’s been a noticeable negative correlation between the time since their opening and the standard of their coffee.

Costa Coffee has made it to West Midtown !

Be on the lookout for a coffee powerhouse that entered the chat. The space is is open and the decorum is new age and hip.

The bench type high tables that they have along the walls of the shop have individual built in wireless chargers for IPhones that allow you to work here undisturbed even if you forget your charger!

The coffee is made to order and brewed daily using their robust multi-spout expresso maker.

All food is made to order less their bakery items and they are expeditious in their service.
