Read moreThis was good enough to go back multiple nights in a row without getting tired of it. I am always looking for a solid restaurant where authenticity (in this case, traditional Vietnamese dishes) meets quality (fresh high-quality ingredients and thoughtfulness about preparation and presentation) and I feel like Bun Mi was a strong 5 stars all around. The pork vermicelli, with an egg roll added, and the chicken wings were all outstanding. The servings were just right -- plenty of food for a very, very reasonable price. On top of that, the service was top notch, helpful, and the staff/owners/managers were clearly proud of their establishment. Read moreI’m in Atlanta on business and decided to look for something to eat in the area I was currently in. I’ve been on a Vietnamese kick lately and I wanted to compare this place to the ones I’ve had before. At the least, I knew I was going to get some good food.
I’m sad to report that this was the best one I’ve had to date. I’m sad because I don’t live here and now I’ll always compare the places back home to here.
The Bo-Mí (#2) was very good. The short rib was flavored really well and the sandwich was a good portion. This is a large sandwich and you should bring your appetite or at least some one to assist in tackling this.
The Tom-Roll was just as awesome. It had garlic and herb grilled shrimp (which I’m not use to getting) and it was great, down to the last bite.
Overall, I had a great experience. The staff was just as awesome. Hopefully I can come again the next time...
