Ordered from here twice… Usually my wife and I go eat at the Dunwoody location because this one has no customer service or care put into the food at all. Orders always comes wrong and this gets blamed on Uber Eats every time with someone hanging up after false promising coupons. What does the order being wrong have to do with the person driving it to me in a closed bag with an accurate receipt?… We ordered once online from them and had to drive an hr away in person just to get the meal fixed because nobody was answering the phone. We didn’t even get everything we paid for so we had to wait for our refund. After this we gave them a second try with ordering after the manager assured she would talk to her staff about this. The second time we ordered, the rice was literally the consistency of oatmeal. We spoke to a manager about this over the phone and they said it’s nothing they can do besides send us a coupon via email because they won’t send the order back out. The excuse was that a new hire messed the rice up for the ENTIRE DAY and that’s all they had to serve. Never even got the coupon, absolutely ridiculous. The last time we just ordered from them we ordered to large samons and they only gave us 1 large and 1 original size… We called the manager about it and she started raising her voice, kept cutting me off, when I tried to express my complaint because we’re consistent customers of the company she said she doesn’t care and that’s not her problem. We got told we would receive coupons again and never received anything. After speaking to me like that over the phone I asked for the corporate number and she refused to give it out and just sent me to the store location’s email address. Not sure why the whole staff aside from the manager Dion gets a bad attitude every time we call about OUR orders being messed up that we’re paying OUR money for. They mess it up with no real compensation or resolution to make me even feel appreciated as a customer. Nobody’s reached out. The manager just said sorry to hear that I’ll talk to my team. If I was a manager I would definitely be resolving this if I cared about my business’s reputation....
Read moreVisited Brown Bag Seafood Co. for a bit of linner (lunch + dinner) after finishing up some things for work. The restaurant and surrounding area have a great Atmosphere to them. The restaurant is designed like a cozy fishing dock, decorated with rope, wood panels, and pastel beach colors.
Entering the restaurant you walk down a staircase into a wood table spread with menus and markers where you can browse the menu, fill it out, and take it to the register where they’ll review your order and confirm everything before you pay! I had a couple questions before finishing up my order and the Service was wonderful. The crew were very fun and energetic, they each had a dynamic spark and were all very knowledgeable of their craft and always asked guests needed anything or had any questions.
I ordered the Garlic Bread Basket and Lobster Roll Meal. Before finding a table I stopped by the sauce bar where I grabbed boom, buffalo, and ketchup. The boom sauce is a mayo based sauce with a mix of other ingredients that I couldn’t quite figure out, but it paired perfectly with the bread they served. The Garlic Bread was freshly prepared and coated in a light drizzle brush of garlic and baked to a perfect golden brown! Following I received the Lobster Roll Meal which included a delicious Lobster Roll with fresh and juicy lobster and boom sauce packed into a Garlic Roll, paired with it are Garlic Aioli Tots. The Garlic Aioli Tots topped with Parmesan Cheese made my mouth water as I ate it, it was delicious and without any sauces added had so much flavor!

Read moreThis may be a great restaurant, I don't know. Do know that using door dash as delivery service sucks. Ordered from the brown bag website - and they apparently use door dash for delivery. Ordered "chowdah", Caesar with blackened shrimp, tots, and a beer. Delivery was to be in 30 min. Then it said 15... Cool! In reality it was 40. Was being delivered to local hotel I was staying at, gave both the address and name of hotel. Door dash texted to call or text the delivery guy because he was close - he didn't answer and mailbox full. Finally called me, he was parked across from the sign for the hotel. Could. Not. Find. It. Handed me the bag, and I should have looked closer before getting back to the room. Because this bag was obviously upside down on its journey to me. So eat in, don't get delivery if you want a meal from Brown Bag Seafood Co. Next time I'm in the area, I'll take a walk over. BTW - did call them to let them know NOT to use this driver.
