Iâve tried to call this location many times and no one answers the phone. I sent this email to the Health Department. I wonder how many people have gotten sick from the ice cream?
Subject: Report of Food Poisoning Incident
Dear Fulton County Health Department,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report a food poisoning incident that I experienced after consuming food from a local establishment, and I believe it is important for public health and safety.
On Friday, 2/21/2025, around 4:30 PM, I purchased an ice cream cone from the Chick-fil-A located at 2580 Piedmont Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30324. During my visit, I observed that the employee was having difficulty making the ice cream cone. She attempted to prepare it three times, pouring the mixture back into the machine each time, and expressed confusion as to why it was not solidifying properly. Eventually, she handed me a cone that that was frozen.
Approximately one hour after consuming the ice cream, I began to feel severely nauseated. Shortly thereafter, I started vomiting and experiencing diarrhea. My condition worsened to the point where I broke out into a cold sweat, and I experienced significant aches in my limbs, as well as severe cramps in my arms, legs, and back.
Given the severity of my symptoms and the timing of the consumption of the ice cream, I am concerned that the ice cream machine may be contaminated. I urge you to investigate this matter to ensure the safety of other customers.
Please let me know if you require any additional information or if there are any forms I should fill out to formally document this incident. I appreciate your attention to this serious matter.
Thank you for your dedication to...
Read moreI recently had a disappointing experience at my local Chick-fil-A location that left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. As someone who has always enjoyed their food and customer service, this particular visit fell far below my expectations.
Upon approaching the drive-thru to place my order, the server asked for my name. I provided it clearly, repeating it three times to ensure it was understood. However, to my surprise and dismay, when I received my receipt, I noticed that my name was listed as "IDK" instead. It was an unprofessional and disrespectful move that left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer.
Not only was my name mishandled, but the server's lack of attention to detail was evident throughout the entire interaction. It seemed as though she was not fully engaged in her job, which affected the overall quality of service. I left feeling unimportant and disregarded as a customer.
One of the main reasons I have always appreciated Chick-fil-A is their reputation for exceptional customer service. This experience, however, fell short of that reputation. It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism and attention to detail, especially considering the premium prices charged for their food.
I hope that Chick-fil-A takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the training and standards of their employees. It is essential for a well-established company to uphold the values and principles that have made them successful in the first place.
I remain hopeful that my next visit to Chick-fil-A will be a more positive and satisfying experience, as I have come to expect from this popular...
Read moreThis place is hands down the rudest and meanest Chick-fil-A Iâve ever been to. I drove up with my wife this evening and seeing no drive through line, we passed by their outside staff (who said / indicated nothing about the process - including the fact that I should put in my order with them). I then went up to the drive through speaker box and waited there for a minute or two before the previous outside staff came in my direction and rudely yelled âYouâll have to drive back aroundâ and walked away. Being confused, I drove around to the main window where I was rudely greeted by a mean staffer who said, âYou totally passed by our staff. I saw you cut through. You need to drive back around.â I get that I made an honest mistake but thereâs no need for that kind of meanness and rude tone. When I tried to explain what happened, she just said âUh huhâ and closed the window.
Is this even a Chick-fil-A?! My wife and I just moved here from DC and even the Chick-fil-A staff up in the North are much more nicer, graceful and polite. Being completely mortified by this experience, my wife and I just drove off vowing to never give this particular franchise our business. The operator of this particular franchise needs to be ashamed of their staff. I donât think Iâm expecting too much when I expect to be greeted by nice, kind and polite staff who are graceful when their customers make an honest mistake (especially one caused by their own staffs ineptitude). Such a disgrace to the...
