Nail First — Local services in Atlanta

I got a full set this past Friday and one nail broke today!!! 😤 I live an hour and a half away but they said the only thing they can do is fix it if I come back up there. That’s going to cost me double what I paid to get them done. I thought they were professionals but clearly that is not the case if your only contingency is for the client to come back. No kind words, no coupon, nothing! 🤦🏽‍♀️ And let’s address the materials used for the service… They had to be subpar if my nail broke from scratching my leg! The worker said that it happens all the time. Is this really your norm?! I will never go back to them again! EVER!! 😡 (UPDATE) Called the store owner to see what they would do to accommodate an out of towner who was given sub par service and she (Rose), showed her thorns! She yelled at me and said I was trying to ruin her service. I had to pay again to get there and then they didn’t do the job right. But I wasn’t gonna update until ANOTHER nail broke while doing everyday things. 😳 I will NEVER go back and wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Stephanie Loan(10/10) - it’s the best and I’m not kidding, she’s been doing gel-x for the last three months and I’m just amazed about her job. She is careful and always asking if it is everything looking good, she’s sweet and care about her clients!!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND HER !!

I can say that I finally found my place to get my nails done with my eyes closed. These professionals are great, they take care of the health of the nails. I think it's been almost a year since I got my nails done there and I have zero regrets, which is why I came here to leave my review. In the photos you will see the excellent work. I don't have a photo of my toenails because I don't take photos of my feet. But Stephanie was my first experience, and she introduced me to my favorite color that I also recommend, Funny Bunny, I think this color is extremely elegant. I had gone to this location before and while my nails looked okay after a couple of weeks I experienced discoloration on my nail. I decided maybe it was me or something I did and I decided to give them a second shot. I went in for a full set and was overcharged with $50 I decided okay maybe their rates went up whatever. I also gave a nice tip. It is now 1 days later and 2 of my nails have cracked. I am not a rough person at all and I am right handed. Both nails that have cracked so far are on my left hand. I have been getting my nails done since I was 16 and have never had as horrible of an experience as I have had here. I called last night when the first nail cracked and the person who answered lied to me and said they open at the 10am today so I will be going there this evening. Should they make it right I will raise my rating but as of now I say beware. They will say that other places have high prices. The difference is other places do the job the right way the first time.
