Wish I could rate 0 stars. Called an order in and confirmed the location was on Piedmont across from the Home Depot. Was told it would be ready in 10 mins. When I arrived to pick up the food, the cashier claimed they didn’t receive the order even though she was the one I spoke to on the phone with. I showed my call log and confirmed that the number belonged to their store as well as asked for their call log to compare. She refused to show me saying “she didn’t know how” and got upset and raised her voice with me. Trying to let go of the situation I requested that they just make the order since I was physically there now. She refused saying that they could not since it was close to closing time (they close at 9:30 due to COVID-19, I was there at 8:55) and offered me some other completely different dish that was preprepared from who knows when. When I refused the dish, she got even more upset and went to the back of the restaurant and left me at the register. I stood there for 10 mins waiting for someone to come back but no one did. I love this place but this was unacceptable. Not sure if she was having a bad day or not but that’s no way to treat a paying customer. Not sure if the staff just didn’t want to cook anything else for the night or what. I will not be coming back here because of this experience. I urge any others who make a pickup order to this location to make a follow up call to confirm once again since they obviously have amnesia at this...

I literally have never written a google review in my life so the fact that I’m here right now should be telling enough. This is by far some of the worst hibachi that I’ve ever had. I ordered the “pick 2” combo with salmon, shrimp, fried rice and noodles. The first obvious issue was that my rice was literally not even fried, I kid you not it was just white rice with soy sauce drizzled on top, it lacked flavor and consistency (but I should’ve known because of how fast my food was prepared). Second, the steak that I order was medium and I literally could not chew not ONE piece of steak. I would post a picture but for the sake of others stomachs, I’d prefer to leave my chewed and spat out food out of this. I ate what I could with nothing but disgust and sadness was on my face that I wasted $23 on a below low grade meal. (Hibachi, crab wontons, miso soup) To top it all off, I ate some miso soup to finish my meal off and I literally almost regurgitated because my soup LITERALLY tasted like toilet water. Again this is no exaggeration or fairy tale, i am a foodie and do appreciate great take out restaurants but this by far has been the worst experience and I definitely do not recommend this to anyone. I really wish y’all understood how upset I am even going out of my way to...

As much as I have eaten from here I didn’t have a good experience today. I found a piece of hair in my food once I got home and started eating. And once I found the hair I immediately called. Once I got there after calling to get my order “remade” I immediately noticed the cooks beard hanging from under his mask which seems to be the same length as the piece of hair I found. I work in the food industry so I get it, things happen sometimes. So I tried to be discreet about it and the lady act like she didn’t know what I was talking about at first and tried to recharge me for my meal and then only remade partial of what I ordered. When I asked if I could get my whole meal redone which was only a hibachi plate and dumplings she proceeded to say that she couldn’t honor my full meal because there wasn’t a manager there. I didn’t appreciate the young lady’s nonchalant and dismissive demeanor especially when I have to inconvenience myself in mid day traffic to come back to get food that shouldn’t have had hair in it in the first place. I hope that there is a system that is put in place so that customers can be appreciated without being brushed off as if someone is trying to get over. I really just wanted my meal redone and to have let...

Fast, Delicious and great prices for how much food you get. Everything we got was good- Tofu bento box- fried Tofu 🤤 crab ragoons better then 99% of other places in atl & there’s actual bits of meat. Chicken hibachi grilled perfectly. Only wished for more teriyaki sauce but I should’ve got it on the side. Also the fried rice isn’t really “fried rice” no veggies or egg in it. Just go with regular rice bc I think it’s an up charge for the fried rice. And to the restaurant pls get a sweet and sour/ duck sauce/ sweet chili sauce… something!! I was told none of those were available.

Fast, friendly, consistent service every time I go in. The food is fresh, and you don't need to get dressed up to go. You get in, and they get you out with hot food. They deserve the 5 stars for always giving you what you came in there for. Make sure to try the yum yum sauce on your steak or chicken. It's yummy. lol I really like the ginger salad dressing too. They always have plenty of soy sauce packets there for the taking also. I've been going to this location for over 5 years. I go back because its good. Period.

Walked in about 10 minutes after they opened and the place was dirty which means they didn’t clean the night before or that morning. Didn’t notice until after I ordered and sat down. * Food looked good and tasted good as well but got home and there was a piece of metal like something in the hibachi. Looks like maybe something off the brush used to clean the grill. ***They need a good cleaning, food overall tastes good though. Wouldn’t order again unless I seen that it was cleaned.
