Update to initial post. *After a few more life experiences, I see how things can happen * Danny has always been responsive and actually courteous. I do appreciate his willingness to work on these items for me.

ORIGINAL REVIEW Initial Hook was nice - but not so nice after all.

Danny was professional and courteous when he was trying to sell me. They did fill our neighborhood with flyers for months, even though we have no soliciting signs. I did decide to use them based on Danny's speech and info about what they would do for me.

First, I was told it would only be 1 day job. It turned out to be 2 - and you really can;t get into your home with all the machinery, materials, nails, etc. laying around. My dogs were not able to be taken care of properly for those 2 days. A minor inconvenience if it were the only issue.

Second, there were black marks on my home and the ceiling in the kitchen was coming unplastered because of the extensive hammering on the area where it was very thin with no insulation. This meant a follow up with painters, etc.

Next, the first time the sub contractors that Danny hires (He doesn't have his own people do this work, so they are not accountable to him, and are not bonded to be in your home or on your property unless it's in writing) - They just don't care that much. They came out on the Saturday he promised, at noon (Even though they were to help me in the morning. Then they told me they didn't have time to do what was needed for painting. Meanwhile, Danny was nowhere to be found to help out. he later told me I should have told them to paint spots on the house (outside) while they were there.... That's not my issue - to coordinate and direct his sub contractors.

Fast forward 2 months - and now I am typing this as I listen to the painters try to patch the ceiling. I received texts from Danny stating “It’s time to pay up” even though his people didn’t do what they said months ago. The last interactions with him have been curt and I have had to put him in his place. They stil haven’t finished the outside and he wants to try and use paint thinner to get marks off the outside of the house, in 20 degree weather. I told him it needs to be painted over, not strip the existing paint off. He just wants his money…. BUT - This is my home, and he will not be telling me that I didn’t do something.
