Where do I start? I ordered through the Dominos app at approximately 9:30pm on Thursday night. Order did not arrive to my home into 11:45pm. I was handed my order without a receipt. Upon telling the driver “I guess I’m not paying for this.” She stood in my yard arguing with me about why I’m upset. No apology for the delivery taking to long. Not an explanation of why I did not receive a receipt. Not to mention, my pizzas was on the drivers back seat, no Incased in a tote to keep them warm or safe from debris that comes naturally inside of a car. After being rudely being addressed in my own yard, I was then told by the the driver that she is going to have some “people” pull up to my house. As an avid gun owner I have no issues protecting my home so I didn’t worry. Please, call people to help you confront a customer at your pizza delivery job. They will gladly have a nice quiet ride to the morgue. Upon re-entering my home, the phone rings. I wonder who that could be? None other than the pizza delivery lady asking me to come outside she “has something for me”. Hmmm ok. Domino’s hire psychopaths to deliver pizzas. I laugh and hang up the phone while grabbing my smith and Wesson from the case. My fiancé grabbed me and told me to not make a bad decision due to this pizza delivery driver. I gladly throw the pizzas in the garbage and proceed to go back to sleep. Then I here honking outside of my home. Honking which lasted for 15 to 20 minutes. I wonder who’s honking? None other than the pizza delivery driver. All while she proceeds to call my phone. I proceed to grab my smith and Wesson, again, because clearly delivering pizzas is soooo stressful that one must end the misery of driving a pepperoni pizza to a destination. By this time my fiancé is on the phone with Atlanta Police.
I tell this story to warn you about this location. I’ve called corporate, I’ve call the store and I’ve emailed Dominos. Nothing... I’ll dispute the charge with my credit card company but honestly, all I wanted was my pizza delivered in a reasonable amount and of time and if that was to much, give the courtesy of making me aware...
Read moreOrdered on line (10:12pm), used the cell phone number that I ordered with to find out why I hadn’t received my pizza(11:00pm)...was placed on eternal hold; left that phone on hold and used another phone to call and yes was placed on hold again.
However, no eternal hold, a young guy answered (mind you the other phone still on hold), he came on the line explaining, “they had only 2 drivers”, “they were very backed up”, apologized then asked if I wanted to cancel my order&#%$$$??? I told him NO! I explained I paid with my credit card and had added a $5 dollar tip. He continued to go on about how busy they were so finally I had to tell him I was diabetic and that I didn’t feel well and that’s part of why I ordered on line. He then told me a driver had just pulled up and that he would send my order out and add a complimentary Sprite..,I said thank you and waited for the delivery. (11:20pm)
My cold, cold, very cold pizza arrived at 12:20am. The next day I went to the store spoke with the manager (forgot my receipt at home), started talking with her about what happened the night before...she appeared very uninterested, bored, and annoyed. I asked to have the order redone...she told me “she couldn’t do anything without a receipt”. I left the store, went home, and got the receipt (took about 8-10 minutes). Gave the manager the receipt, she looked at it as if it had been written in Chinese...then she said to me “give me about 15 or 20 minutes and I can replace it but, I don’t have any mushrooms”. I told her no problem. Please understand I prefer Dominos pizza I’ve loved it since I went to college and I’m now 54years old.
I received my pizza, looked at it, and told her the crust was wrong...she just stared at me with a blank look on her face... I took the pizza and left, got home and looked at the lava cakes and discovered they left them in the tin pans that they baked them in....
No I didn’t go back to the store however, just super disappointed that the service severely sucked (excuse my...
Read moreThis is the worst dominos I've ever been to. I waited 4 hours for my pizza to be delivered, but it was NEVER delivered. They tried to justify it by saying that they were extremely busy. I called MULTIPLE times and each time, they said he was coming. By the 4th of me calling about my pizza, they knew who I was, would put on hold for up to 25 minutes, and answer the phone by saying my street number. They put me on hold after I gave my concerns, they answered the phone again and didn't even have the answer to the questions I asked, resulting in me having to be put on hold again. I called again for the final time to speak to the manager who was also VERY RUDE! She told me I could not have my money back and have the pizza. I insisted that she was wrong, but she told me I could not get my pizza unless I came into the store because they were not delivering it to me. At the end of the call, she said to be on the lookout for the driver and hung up before I could say anything. Very rude! I did not take that for a response and immediately called my friend to take me to the store (because I am a 1st-year college student) so I could have someone refund me my money. When I went in, the cashier was not professional and neither were the other workers. I asked to speak to a manager and the cashier walks out of the store, and what do you know, the manager doesn't come in. I was in awe of how they were reacting when I, number one, didn't do anything wrong and number two, never came at them with an attitude. She then gives me a refund placing a piece of paper on the box. All in all, the customer service is terrible, everyone is unprofessional, and on top of that, there were about 5 employees in the front just laughing, including the manager, but they're supposed to be so busy to the point where it takes me 4 hours to get my pizza, huh? someone, please go train them on...
