Dirty trifling and rude. Do not spend your money here! they dont respect us or our mon3y , they literally play in our face and we've just learn to accept it but no more, if you dont respect me you can't get my money . Never goin back here. They talk about u in your face while giving lack luster work. They dont finish your complete nail even after being asked and have the nerve to talk mess. I believe they are watering down the polishes because they dull and chip as soon as you get out there door. I've noticed that they have been being skimpy with product, like when you get a fill in they barely put ANY acrylic on your nail, just enough to say they done it. This last time was the final straw literally hate my nails even after asking them to polish whole nail they did NOT, barely did fill in, and had the audacity after I spent 80 dollars on my nails n polish change to call me broke cause I didn't want to spend another 15 on my eyebrows,,I literally get me and my daughter's nails done here everytime spending hubdreds at a time. Like that did it. They need to learn how to treat people, yall are in America,getting American dollars but want to talk crazy n look down when WE the ones taking care of yall,, who gets there nails done ?? Horrible horrible horrible service. The guy that works there is extremely rude. I went a year ago and this nail technician was doing someone’s feet and with the same gloves attempted to start my nails. I asked him to change gloves and wash his hands and he got upset with me ! He then became rough with my hands and I asked him if he wasn’t in the mood to work to have someone else help me... I like to give the benefit of the doubt so I tried them today since I was in the area and the same guy was there and so rude! At first I didn’t think he was him but he kept burning my finger with the electric nail filer and would just look at me. I ended up asking him if he liked working there because I believe a year ago he just as mean. I pointed out that he was obviously hurting me and he wouldn’t even apologize and he was just like I can finish or you can wait for someone else. I settled for not giving them my money and requesting the tips be soaked off. I asked for the manager and she could care less. As my nails were soaking they were sharing laughs and then when I was done cleaning my nails I let her know this isn’t my first encounter with him and she apologized with no empathy.
