Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Atlanta

This has to be the WORST Little Caesar's on the planet! Every single time I go there the incompetent staff screws up my order and anything else that they can possibly screw up. Tonight, my husband and I went in and ordered two pizzas, one for him and one for me. I repeated the toppings that I wanted on my pizza three times to the clueless girl who was taking our order. When she gave me my receipt I noticed that my pizza toppings seemed to be incorrect, so I asked her to verify. I told her what I wanted for a fourth time, and she assured me that's what she rang up. We waited a while for our pizzas (over 20 minutes). Many other customers were waiting too and the place was in total chaos. When we finally got our pizzas, mine was not correct. Shocker. I then repeated what was supposed to be on it THREE MORE TIMES, bringing the count up to SEVEN TIMES that I had repeated it. I was told that I would have to wait seven more minutes for them to make my pizza correctly. No apologies. No nothing. Just wait some more. My husband was so hungry by that point that he put his pizza box in one of the chairs in the waiting area and stood there beside it eating his pizza. When he asked for napkins he was told that they didn't have any. They had run out earlier in the day. I told the clueless girl at the counter to go in the back and get him some paper towels from the employee sink, which she did. I then told her that I wanted a gift card as compensation for our extreme hassle and that I wanted to speak to a manager. She ignored me. I then continued to wait for my pizza. I waited not seven minutes as I had been told, not ten minutes or even fifteen. I waited TWENTY-ONE MINUTES for the correct pizza. I asked again about a gift card, and this time the girl responded that she couldn't give me one. I told her that she better give me something because what we were going thru just to get a couple of pizzas was ridiculous. Another employee overheard the conversation and gave me a "Sorry" card for a free $5 pizza. Too little and way too late. Never once did we receive a verbal apology. After the owner made their comment, I called the number listed. After trying twice and never connecting with a representative, I decided to share my experience here for others to evaluate for themselves.

I did not cancel my order because the staff at the store were rude, even though they were. I also did not cancel my order because of the quality of the food—I never received it. I canceled my order because the food was intended for a university event that was canceled due to a shelter-in-place protocol on campus. When I explained to the employee at the store that there was a lockdown at my school and an active gunman on campus, she didn’t show any concern. Her response was, “How inconsiderate of you to cancel your order.”

I calmly explained that I understood her frustration but needed to cancel the order because of circumstances beyond my control. Her reply: “No, I’m not refunding a big order like yours.” While still in the store, I called corporate and was finally able to speak with a representative from Little Caesar’s, who was very understanding of the situation. Meanwhile, the employee at the store told my friend and me to get out or “else.”

Let me be frank: Little Caesar’s has lost a customer for life. I will never order food—or even buy a bottle of water—from this company again. I will also strongly recommend to everyone I know that if they want Little Caesar’s pizza, they do not order from this location. Worst place every they are very unprofessional I was in there for 45 min before they even took my order I was short a dollar had to run to my car to get it so another lady gave it to the cashier so when I walked back in she said just give me the dollar I was tryna keep her line moving because it was a lot of people in there that was there the same amount of time I was in there very unacceptable so the cashier say I can’t give you change for the five we don’t do that the lady said ok well give me my dollar back the cashier said no I don’t have change I said if I was to give you my five you was gone have to give me change back so how you don’t have change I paid for my food the manager said don’t make her food give her her money back no I want my food the employees not working because they to busy having conversations amongst each other that was not work related The manger is VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL can’t run her store She shut the lobby down with a store full of people put everybody out turned a lot of people that came in away until one person said she know she can’t do that so they started giving out free pizzas to all the people who said she couldnt do that too then once they got it straight in the back got caught up on the pizzas then she open the store back up 8:45 will never in my life go back there I will be gladly to spend 10plus on a pizza at papa Johns instead of coming to that Ghetto Lil ceasar when you go cheat you get POOR SERVICE Everybody in that store need a reality check but you all want EVER have to worry about me going in...
