The service was great the employees are very nice. We waited about 15- 20 minutes to get our food after ordering. Not saying anything bad about that. A group of college kids ordered before us so I understand the wait. The prices are a bit high 15.99 for 10 wings and fries and additional 3 bucks for the drink so puts you at about 20 bucks. The wing flavors are abundant I did have the honey garlic Parmesan wings. I did like the sauce was tossed all over the wings so they all were covered in the sauce. However the wings are not a crispy wing. Everything is served in a To-go container so when you do get your wings and fries everything is soggy because of the heat. I did dine in so I was kinda taken back that it was packed To-go. My sister in-law got the rice and salmon with wing combo that I believe that was between 25-28 dollar plus the additional 3 dollars for lemonade. So that puts you at about 30 for a meal. She was not impressed with the meal either. The rice was cold and it had a sweet sauce that was not mentioned in the discrimination of the meal and she said it was too sweet. My brother got the 15 wings and fries that was 25 dollars and he got a hot flavor that he said was not spicy at all. The lemonade flavors were great I got that fruit punch lemonade that I believe was more fruit punch then lemonade that was really sweet that it taste like the jungle juice from when I was I child. Iykyk. I really wanted to like it but it didn't work for me and it definitely was not worth 65 dollars that I spent. I could have got a crab boil bag from top crab for the amount on money I spent on a plate of food here. Yes your in downtown so the prices are expected to be high but also your down the street from a college the college student should not be paying 25 for a philly or a...

The food portion is great, definitely as advertised and you could probably share their pasta amongst two people.

Disappointed that you can’t call in and place an order especially when I called in like three times using the number I found on Google and every time it just rang and rang. I called in the first time at 11:03 AM which is shortly after they opened, and when I walked in the lady was at the counter by herself with no customer in front of her, and there was only three customers in the restaurant.

I asked the young lady at the counter, was very polite by the way, if there is another number that you’re supposed to be calling into place your order and she said you have to order through Uber eats for pick up if that’s what you Want to do. Which is honestly a poor solution because they up charge $4 extra when you order on Uber eats for the same dish that I just got in person. This is not OK when this is your only solution for a pick up order.

However, a pleasant surprise was that I placed my order and only had to wait about 10 or 15 minutes to get my food so it was pretty quick. But still unfortunate because you have to pay to park and I probably could’ve avoided that had I placed my order in advance.

Now onto the quality of the food I would give the pasta probably like a 6.5 to 7 out of 10. I got the chicken pasta with extra Alfredo and I will say their Alfredo is very thin. Almost like it’s out of a jar and not made from scratch, which I would expect for the price. The bread was probably my favorite part. Low-key seems like another trendy...

The only positive thing I can say is that I didn't wait long to order my food, and the young lady who took my order was nice and suggestive since this was my first time there. But let's start with the cleanliness of this place. The tables we sat at to wait on our food were sticky with cup rings and straw paper, and the floor was nasty. The young lady who was bagging my food had an attitude and a rude comeback for everything I asked her. She was very unprofessional and unpleasantly sassy. I spent $100 only to get back to my hotel, which was 2 mins away, to find that my food was not hot... not even warm. My wings were hard, dry, and barely seasoned. My fries were cold , and my Philly chicken sub only had about 10 shreds of unmelted cheese on top... no lie. My peach drink was way too sweet to enjoy. My kids said the pasta was good. I didn't taste it because i3m allergic to shellfish. Also, beware if you're allergic to shellfish because they cook all their food on the same grill and don't clean it to cook the chicken and steak fir the phillys. I know because I asked the manager, who was very nonchalant, after I saw the sign they had on the wall that I didn't notice beforehand. It should be on the menu or counter, not on the wall where folks won't see it if they don't look that way! I really wanted to love this place, but I wasted money. The food might be good on certain days because I saw the good reviews. But based on my personal experience, I will not be going back. They need to be consistent, even...
