I was disappointed with the way that my reservation was handled. I made a reservation a week in advance expecting the crowds for Mother’s Day. We had a large reservation for a party of ten of course it wouldn’t allow me to do that online so I called the restaurant. The gentleman who answered told me that he needed to call me back in order to accommodate me. He texted me back (thank God) and instructed me to go ahead and make the reservation on line the highest option was for 5 but he had me and he would accommodate the 19 but it would have to be at 3:15 or 3:30. I agreed. We arrived at the restaurant all at the same time for the hostess to tell me she couldn’t accommodate me because they were slammed. I informed her of my conversation with a gentleman and he promised to accommodate my party after a slight disagreement of her telling me she is the only person that makes reservations I had to scroll through to get the name of the person that I spoke with. Evidently he is the manager. Now as he approaches and I remind him of our previous conversation and showed his text they agreed to serve us but because of the rush we would have to wait. Well the wait was an hour. It was a buffet brunch which the menu didn’t say but ok. In my opinion the options weren’t that great but we ate the only thing that was really good was the fried chicken. We was quoted a price of 45.00 per person which include bottomless mimosas. I asked what about the 15 year old and he stated that was the price for everyone.

Issue: with the hour wait, they don’t have a liquor license so you couldn’t grab a drink at the bar while you wait. You can only drink so many Andre mimosa’s.

If you have a reservation especially on Mother’s Day only reservations should be granted.

The fish was half cooked, the grits were like paste and the fried green tomatoes were mushy.

The only thing that save the day was the waitress she handled the floor like a pro thank you for that.

That was my favorite spot when is was sweet Auburn Seafood and they did...

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by both the warm atmosphere (although it was a little loud) and the attentive service. The staff struck the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness, making me feel welcome without ever being overbearing. The menu offered a great mix of classics and unique dishes, and everything I tried was thoughtfully prepared. The highlight of the meal was the shrimp and grits —perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The sides complemented the main course well, and the portions were generous without being overwhelming. The drinks were also worth noting. The cocktail list was creative, and the one I ordered was strong and refreshing. For dessert, the cheesecake was the perfect finish—light, yet indulgent. (Which they had some type of toppings, ex. Strawberries or whipped cream) The ambiance tied the whole experience together. Soft lighting, comfortable seating, and tasteful décor made it a place I’d be just as happy to visit for a casual dinner as for a special occasion. Overall, this restaurant exceeded my expectations. It’s clear that both quality and care go into every detail—from the food to the service. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable...

I hate that I took a video, and no pictures. But this restaurant is a vibe. The prices are amazingly reasonable and they are not stingy with the portions. We had Maui Grit Bowl with Fried Catfish, Salmon Bites, and Hot Honey Deviled Eggs. They currently do not sell alcohol, but the complimentary mimosas had such a huge variety that it was just as amazing... and the mocktails were to die for: We had the Citrus Sunrise and the Lychee& Rose Lemonade... both we highly recommend. The Fish (both the Salmon and the Catfish) were cooked so perfectly and it was sooo fresh! The Cook knew the catfish was the bomb because they didnt even bother with the starter sauce... because they KNEW we didnt need it! 🤣 I would highly recommend everything that we tried... and even the service was amazing. We had the pleasure of working with Roxanne, who was just the personality this type of establishment needs. The restaurant is on my favorites list, and we will be coming back to enjoy the rest of the menu!...

Made reservations for 1:00, Saturday, for two. Arrived 20 minutes early and was seated immediately. At the time of seating there were not many patrons there but they were flowing in sporadically. Our food came in a timely manner. My friend and I weren’t able to eat our main meals beyond the appetizer sampler. We were full from sharing that along with an order of salmon bites. Highly recommend having the salmon bites. The Thai chili dipping sauce has a little kick to it so be cautious if you’re not into a bit of spice. The grits with the Maui Grits Bowl were creamy and delicious, from the small taste I took from it. We did not order any alcoholic beverages. The food was amazing!! I would definitely return again soon. As we were leaving a birthday party and a family reunion party was entering. The only recommendation I would give this establishment is placing a ramp where the small stepping spaces are. The reunion party had a wheelchair bound person and had to be carefully lowered down the small step.

For a place that just opened in April I gave 3 stars had reservations for 3 at 4pm, seated immediately service was subpar no place settings were provided even after bringing out 1st appetizer, one item requested they didn’t have (corn ribs and they subbed it on the $30 appetizer sampler with light fried green tomatoes) , salmon bites were not fresh had a pungent fishy flavor such as found with old fish, wings were large and had feathers attached, drinks whenever received (25 minutes after ordering ) were good but a restaurant containing 20 people including staff should have a faster turn around service wise. Menu including sides could be better they don’t have ketchup for the fries and the sever stated he told the cook yesterday but I guess nobody bothered to stop and pick some up. Not worth the $286.00 paid and this was a first and only visit.

Loved this spot! Great vibes. Good music. Excellent service! The chicken and waffles was AMAZING! Also really loved the crab cakes, but next time will get them with grits instead of potatoes. The potatoes were a bit limp and a too greasy for my taste. I would have preferred the egg be medium well done instead of cooked hard, and it needed a sauce to pair with the English muffin. However I just asked for extra sauce and that was sufficient. Again, the crab cakes were delicious so next time maybe I’ll just get them with grits because they were very thick, tasty, and filling 👌🏼 We very much enjoyed our experience here!
