Kent and his team gave me a superlative experience. I looked through a number of highly rated flower shops and reached out to several - Kent responded within 30 minutes to my email. I liked very much the owner's story of her study with a Japanese mentor and her work displayed on Instagram, and coupled with the fluid back and forth communication in establishing my vision via verbal and graphic description, I knew I'd found the right shop. Kent was beyond responsive and capable, and put together an arrangement that fit what I was looking for and was simply stunning. I purchased a bouquet online from Flowering Events for a friend's birthday. The shop owner (she was lovely) texted me shortly after the order was placed to let me know that the flowers for this particular bouquet were not available (thanks to the latest hurricane which delayed flower shipments) and sent photos of what she could substitute instead.
