The service from this location is quite unbelievable and not in a good way. The ordering process is simple and efficient, but that is where the fun ends. Despite receiving a text message saying my order was delivered AND handed to me, it never was. I called the store and requested to speak with a manager - ended up speaking with a young lady with a terrible and hateful attitude. Even before I was able to explain my issue (non-delivery), the lady, and that is putting it mildly, immediately tells me that my order is being remade. Uh, what? The store associate goes in a tirade telling me that they are very, very busy. Later in that same call she says my order was given to the driver. Ok, so which is it? Remaking my order or just handed to the driver? I was totally gaslit. I was just looking for clarification since the text said it was delivered and I tracked the delivery online. Store associate #1 proceeds to hangup on me. Wait around the lobby of my building for another 1/2 hour - still no pizza. Called the store a second time and speak with a second employee whose attitude was worse than the first, if that is possible. Employee #2 also wouldn't hand me to a manager because he was "busy making pizzas." Seriously, where do they find these customer-focused employees?! Gaslighting continues and employee #2 also hangs up on me - must be core part of their training. All I wanted was the status of my $24 order! I suspect my order sailed through when the store and kitchen was in a total meltdown. Their partnership with Door Dash doesn't enhance the experience either. Seems they lose control of orders and last mile service. The employees clearly hate their life, their job, or both. I suspect my order was delivered to someone with a similar name and their processes to deal with those sorts of situations aren't clear or dysfunctional. When delivered, quality of the product is alright - it is consistent which is something that matters to me. If you are intent on ordering from this location your best option would be to place it for pickup. I ended up filing a complaint with corporate but no one ever followed-up or issued a credit for the order. How is this location still operational? Does anyone there even care? I seriously thought about filing a police report given how it is a crime to accept monies for a product or service you knowingly won't deliver. That is called FRAUD. This place should be shut down temporarily until all employees can be retrained and their relationship with Door Dash...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered a pizza, wings and brookie online and my confirmation email gave a 30 - 40 minute time estimate for arrival. After waiting more than 45 minutes, I called the store. The receptionist/ clerk girl answered and took my pertinent info and asked me to hold. Then, asked me my problem and after telling her, she said "this order says it's delivered." Then she placed me back on hold. She came back on to say her manager told her "delivered" just means the pizza is out for delivery. I waited for fifteen minutes and called back. This time I was placed directly on hold for 5 minutes. As soon as possible, I asked for the manager. I waited for another five minutes!!!! Manager Rodney came on the phone and asked what my problem is. I informed him of the situation and he asked me to hold, but he didnt put me on hold. He just sat the phone down, I could hear 'stuff' happening on the other end. After four or so minutes, he came back and didn't have any explanation, just that the pizza would arrive soon. By that time, some weird Black Honda SUV was casing our apartment. I asked Rodney to confirm what his carrier drives and he confirmed. My husband met the guy for pizza and I stayed on the phone. I asked Rodney why the driver's car didn't have car sign/ company identification and he didn't respond. He offered me 30% off my next order, which I refused. I said I would no longer order from this location. He basically hung up. Adding salt to wounds, our pizza order ended up being completely wrong. We didn't ask for onions and our pizza was completely covered. We ordered bacon and pepperoni, there wasn't a single one of either. We ended up with an onion and mushroom filled pizza. It was cold. The very worst part: we pre-tipped a $9.00 tip. We have a free pizza coming up soon from our reward program and we won't use it. This is the worst service I've received from any pizza place. Actually, any place in my...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePizza delivery driver when asked "what happened?" said "drove right by and didn't even know that he had pizza for us..." Pizza showed up and an hour later than on the tracker. Husband recorded conversation and will be taking by the store in the AM. Pizza delivery guy said "best not to order in weekends."
Manager denied having accountability for drivers when asked about why the driver disappeared from the online GPS tracker. Manager also was clearly multitasking as I heard him having 2 other conversations while on the phone with me, leading to me having to repeat my information several times. He then accused me of being rude. At this point, I hadn't yet been rude.
Pizza was cold and mangled. Was informed that "they would send a manager out to pick up the pizza as he needed to get his food back" and then they could issue a refund. I have never been so unimpressed by customer service. I declined as I'd rather their out this cold pizza then deal with another person.... Like I needed to further inconvenience my Friday evening and water more of my time to wait on a driver to come fetch the pizza? Since when was this even a policy?
Take the $27 for a pizza, flush it form the toilet and make yourself a sandwich to avoid this headache. If you order a pizza, don't plan on it being edible when it's delivered. We've had issues in the past, but nothing this bad. Driver's system of reciepts clearly didn't set him up for success as he had no route prioritization information. Location is...
