Rawesome Juicery — Restaurant in Atlanta

I was working close to the area so I wanted to get a fresh pressed juice. When I first walked into the market, I missed the stand, but when I finally found it, it seemed to be what I was looking for. No one was at the counter to greet for the first 3 to 5 minutes of me getting there. I looked over the menu, and when I was ready, I said, “excuse me” both of the employees who are glued to their phones, looked up, and One hopped off a counter and came to help. when the young man came to the counter I told him what I wanted and very quickly, he gave me my total . Then I saw they had wellness shots and wanted to purchase one of those when I began to look at the wellness shot list. The young man replied” You yelled for us and you weren’t even ready” I thought it was very disrespectful rude as I’m trying to make a purchase z if I wasn’t on a 30 day Juice fast I would have not purchased it, but I really needed something at the time I ended up not getting the wellness shot and told the young man how he was being rude. he didn’t seem to care and I left. Are usually love this place I've been going to this place for a really long time since probably 2014 when I attended Georgia state their smoothies are typically good my only problem with this place is theirs inconsistent hours . When running a business the best practice is to stick to your hours of operation this particular business opens and closes whenever they please it's very inconsistent. On numerous occasions I've come in they were not open at the time they said they will be open or they've closed very early and it is a waste of five dollars for parking and each time I've had to give my money/patronize businesses I didn't intend on patronizing for parking validation . I really did not want to write a negative review because I know this is a black owned spot but the customer service is the exact opposite of what it should be. For starters there’s only ONE worker so in high volume times notebly lunch the wait is way to long. The worker always seems flustered and is extremely rude on top of speaking piss poor English.It seems she really had no sense of hospitality. The food and smoothies are eeeeeh. Not bad but could most definitely be better and I probably has a lot to do with the workers attitude and energy. This review is more of a message to the owner than anything.
