Started going here over a year ago. Their hours are definitely not my favorite—they only open from 11:30 P.M. to 4:00 AM, which can be inconvenient if you're craving BBQ earlier in the day. Despite this, the food usually makes up for the limited schedule. I stopped visiting for a while when they started giving smaller portions of rib tips and began throwing in slices of bread with the meal. It just didn’t feel worth it anymore. But recently, I had a craving and decided to give them another shot. I ordered the loaded cheesesteak fries, and I was glad I did. The combination of meat, bell peppers, onions, and melted cheese was absolutely delicious! Their jerk chicken is another standout dish—it’s always packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. Not too spicy at all. Even better, my husband and I were able to share the meal boxes for dinner and still had leftovers to enjoy for lunch the next day. The portions were generous this time around, and we both loved the flavors. Smoky Kitchen BBQ still has some of the best-tasting food in town when they get it right, and for that, I love it.

The Food Is Always 10/10 That's The Only Reason For 2 Stars & Not -2 , The Service Is Really Bad Now & It's Slowly Getting Worse. I Used To Come Here All The Time & Everything Was Great But Lately They Have Been Running Out Of Food By 2 AM Even Though They're Open Til 4. They Tell You To Order Online But Even When You Order Online & Get Here At The Pick Up Time It's Not Ready. They're Opening Time Is 11:30 But They Have Been Arriving Late & Actually Taking Orders Even Later. I Ordered My Food Online & My Pickup Time Was Originally 11:50, At 11:40 They Texted & Said It Would Be Ready At 12:20 , I Arrived At 12:25 & They Weren't Even Taking Orders Or Handing Out Orders, They Were Still Prepping, They Didnt Start Taking Orders Til 12:45 & Told Me My Order Would Take An Additional 10 Minutes. My Food Wasn't Ready Until 1:15. So What Was Really The Point Of Me Ordering Online Anyway ? Like I Said The Food Is Good But Not Worth The Hassle. Sadly Yall Just Lost A Loyal Customer

The food here is very good, however, they are very slow and the customer service is horrible. I've been partially homeless for a while, but I've supported this business many times when I had funds to do so and at the end of the night when they're closing, they will lie and say they have nothing left while still taking orders (pretending to be fully closed) because they'd rather take what's left home with them and that's not ok. Making the money shouldn't be all it's about. It's a crying shame that our ppl (African Americans) won't even help their own in the community.

Extremely pissed off. I live 36 mins away, and I thought I was being clever by ordering my food ahead of time. 0rder at 12:30am it was stated to be ready at 1:00am. I did them one ever better, I came at 1:44am, do you think my food was ready? NO! That's not even the worst part, I bought two plates that had cajun pasta as sides. Can you believe these mfs sold my cajun pasta? And yes I said "sold", because cajun pasta was on the menu. Apparently even if you buy ahead of time, they will give away the food that you PAID FOR to the nearest customer. I spent good money on my plates, I paid $45 and these ppl have me waiting in my car as I typed this waiting for some food I ordered and hour ago. No accommodations, free drinks, desserts nothing, just a "idk what to tell you...
