This ppl that work here are nuts and crazy and I will not let this issue go. I walked in the store because the mobile app wasn’t showing available. When I walk in I ask the associate what coffee is available but instead she was getting rude. I paused and then I just left because she was having a bad day. Instead when I walked out she said , as I was leaving, I was just trying to help Ty out a$$ out? So of course I turned around because now because who does that as an employee with any company ESPECIALLY on there clock and time. So yes, I did let her know she can’t talk to me like that instead the whole store ganged up on me. Y’all better get this location in check because I don’t think they realize I will never let this go. And I worked in a job like this before so I know the store manager and herself will make up a lie. I will not live this down and I will tell everyone l never to come to Starbucks again. Read moreThis Starbucks opened last year and is only .3 miles from my house. I was ecstatic to be getting a Starbucks so close (within walking distance) to my home. I was excited about how transformative it would be for my neighborhood. I have LOVED this Starbucks and have patronized it frequently.
Imagine my disappointment when I visited via the drive thru last Friday and place my typical order for a Venti Skinny Mocha only to be told by the drive-thru attendant that the location doesn't offer Skinny Mochas. I replied that I ordered them there all the time and they stated "I'm sorry but we have never offered Skinny Mochas at this location". I was dumbfounded. How could the drink I'd been ordering consistently for a year not exist and then to be told it never existed. I asked.. have they been lying to me on my previous visits and the drive thru person said "Yes. They must have been lying to you because we have never had skinny mochas available here".
The fact that I was supposedly served a Skinny Mocha dozens upon dozens of times at this location when it was really just a regular mocha is a stark betrayal of trust. What if I would have been diabetic? As it turns out, I'm not and I was simply trying to cut calories. But, could it have been much worse for someone else? I'm not an expert.

I ask for it to get made again it’s a very small store and I can hear them commenting on. I guess the discrepancy on caramel crunch or caramel drizzle ( seriously ridiculous just remake the drink Let’s both say have a nice day ) could even hear them laughing and I believe it was the manager walks by and under her breath, says they don’t know what they’re saying or ordering the employees there do not know the first thing about customer service or how to act how are you gonna tell me what I ordered like I haven’t ordered the same exact drink the same exact way 5 million times I’m a single mom and I don’t have this kind of money to waste on a drink that was made wrong she starts to remake the drink and because she’s so concerned about whether or not I said, caramel drizzle or caramel crunch makes my drink wrong again if they knew the first thing about customer service my experience just now would’ve gone completely different for goodness sake’s the girl in the drive-through when I initially got my drink, didn’t even say hello to me never said a word I understand everybody needs a job, but if you’re rude, don’t work in customer service the manager on duty displayed horrible behavior so it’s definitely a reflection on...
