Hello, my name is Karen E. Quinones Miller, and I'm writing to compliment one of your workers. While I don't know her surname, her first name is Deborah, and she works at the Subway located at 74 Northside Drive SW, in Atlanta, Georgia. I have had brain surgery, and I now suffer with multiple sclerosis; I therefore conduct a lot of business over telephone because of limited mobility. Needless to say, I have run into MANY rude clerks/managers over the years, so when I run into a nice and polite one I am relieved. When I run into one with outstanding customer service, I am overjoyed! Today, after dealing with Deborah, my cup overrunneth with joy. . She was so sweet and patient with me that I actually thought I perhaps knew her personally, but had forgotten (that was not the case). She was also very professional on top of that! I've never written in before about a Subway employee before, but Deborah is definitely worth the effort. I don't know if Subway gives out corporate-wide awards, but if you do, I hope you consider her for one. As far as I am concerned, Deborah is the shining example of employee that all food service companies make believe they have in their employ. In Deborah, you have the real thing. Thanks for taking the time to read this long...
Read moreI walked my small dog across the street to Subway on Northside drive(Atlanta), as I usually do. There was a grumpy older man standing outside of store. While I was tying my dog leash to the outside of the un-used door handle the man yelled " YOU CANT TAKE A DOG IN THERE!!!".. I responded and told him I never bring my dog inside, I usually strap him to the un-used side door. He said Oh. Then after I go inside, I notice he un-ties my dog and drags him over to a tree and ties him up. I asked the employees who that rude man is, shockingly they said the store manager Mr. Bailey and that he's always like that. I was shocked! I can't believe someone sooooo rude is a STORE MANAGER?? HOW?He wouldn't even help the employees make sandwiches, after they asked him since they had about 5 customers in line. He has no business in hospitality, if he does not know how to interact with customers. I can imagine how many customers Mr. Bailey pushes away with that terrible attitude. I also asked him for corporates number, but he denied and just gave me the Subway phone number of that...
Read morePart of the beauty of Subway is watching your sandwich being made & the ability to ask for more or less. This location only offers a walk up window to order. Unfortunately we all know good help is hard to find but the the guy who made this sandwich needs to GET LOST! People tend to make our food the way they like to eat. I suppose this guy does not like onions there is absolutely no reason to string four pieces of onion, two on each half of a footlong WTH. I asked for ONIONS, as many tomatoes that can be lined up on the sub & heavy mayo wise guy. 4 strings of onion 3 small tomatoes & a sliver of mayo wiped thru the middle of the sub. No salt & pepper. I was PISSED when I returned for at least packets of mayo, the guys said do you want 1 or 2? I responded at least 4 on that dry sub yall gave me. It didn't help at all...we eat with our eyes & this looked horrible! I didn't see the creation & the final product...
