I cannot thank the staff at the State Farm Arena enough for making my boyfriend and I’s experience incredible at the Justin Bieber concert. My boyfriend broke his ankle a week before the concert and we were extremely worried about how we’d be able to stand in line, get to our seats, stand at the concert, and much more. When we arrived, parking staff immediately saw my boyfriend on crutches and directed us to the elevator. When we got in line outside the arena, staff members came to us in line and offered us wheelchair assistance to which we accepted. They brought us to the very front of the line, got us through security first, and allowed us to enter the arena first as well. Kaleb, the staff member who escorted my boyfriend via wheelchair to our seats, was kind enough to stop at the box office to let us ask about upgrading to ADA seating. The lady (I cannot remember her name), upgraded us at no additional charge to ADA seating which was an even BETTER view than our original seats! Kaleb then escorted us to our seats. We were so grateful to have these seats, we were able to sit the entire concert with an unblocked view with a bar-like table in front of us to eat on. A staff member also went out of her way to take pictures of us when we were struggling to get pictures. When we decided to make our way to the merch kiosks for some Biebs shirts, a staff member brought us to the side where they let us pick our shirts and checkout without having to stand in the incredibly large line. After the concert, Kaleb came back with the wheelchair and escorted us back to the front, where my boyfriend only had to walk for about 2-3 minutes before we were back at our car. Thanks to the kindness of the staff, our concert experience was absolutely amazing. We can’t thank the staff enough for being so accommodating and making this the best concert we have...
Read moreThis is an absolutely incredible venue, as me and my best friend attended the Stevie Nicks concert last night May 22, 2023. Kudos to each and every one of their employees. They are kind and courteous and respectful you never felt judged and their way, or like you were interrupting, we had an amazing staff lady help my friend up the steps to a wheelchair, and, as my friend was slowly leaning over, trying to make it up the last three steps. This Blessing of a Lady reached out encouraged her told her she was not going to fall and helped her into the wheelchair, the gentleman who road us through the venue was not only the most kind man and thoughtful of my dear friend he was also concerned about me. I was walking behind them as he got us through The crowd got her out of a very congested area made sure that I was still behind him. His name is Jay S. And I applaud him, and I pray that the administration at the StateFarm Arena take time to notice their employees each and every one of them I’ll never forget last night, and I think more so from the staff that was non-judging courteous, we never felt like we were interrupting them, or that they were not wanting to help us. The show was wonderful, but the staff of your arena it was better. I wish I knew the staff who helped my friend up the stairs and into the wheelchair because I could not get in front of her to help her before she fell off the last three stairs, my friend is very ill and was able to attend this concert and she never took a fall or was treated like she didn’t matter. I’m just so grateful thank you State Farm Arena for providing an excellent show, but a more...
Read moreSo on 7/11/2025, I attended the Ghost show as my first official Georgia concert experience since moving from Las Vegas, NV in Feb 2024.
OMG! Not only was this the best concert I've ever been to in my 50 years on this planet, but the staff at the arena was ULTRA helpful with everything from letting me know to check my nice vape mod at the door to where to go to unlock my phone from its Yondr pouch.
Lastly, I've been to a TON of shows since 1992 in CA, CO, IL and NV....and I gotta say, while the staff was super awesome as mentioned above, the fact that they all lined up and applauded us all as we were walking out from the merch booth to the front entrance. This ex-SoCal/current ATL Metro transplant native can honestly say that....ATL knows how to host a good show and State Farm Arena will be a go-to from now on.
one caveat to this venue and any major venue in downtown ATL: unless you live in downtown ATL itself, i HIGHLY suggest taking an Uber/Lyft or MARTA to this venue as traffic is INSANE and you save BIG TIME on parking! (the traffic/parking situation reminded me of Downtown L.A. and Downtown San Francisco during rush hour....COMBINED)
lastly, no, i didn't take picture in this review, it's an official photo from the show! (For those who are Ghost fans, that Cowbell that Papa V (Tobias) is holding, he gave it to the Ghoulette on camera right and they kicked into Umbra and the extreme high point of this show were starting with Year Zero (the shattering glass was EPIC!) and ending with Square Hammer). This show was definitely "on the square" and definitely "on...
