Me and my daughter loves this place , I literally come once or twice EVERY SINGLE WEEK. We order the food and I get 2 combos which is fries & drinks every time . Tonight I placed my order 2 combos and 2 sprites , now they used to give out plastic cups with tops which is fine but as of lately as close as LAST WEEK , the last time I came , they have been giving out cans for the last 2 months or so which is perfect and way better because I can just put it in my bag and walk home. Tonight I go in , I ask for my 2 spirites and the girl is making me a plastic cups drink , I ask her for cans she’s sassy and goes “ you can get sprite cans if you pay a up charge” okay whatever cool , so she gives me 2 cups of sprite and I ask for a top , THERE ARE NO TOPS , so I’m asking her , so I can’t get a top and instead of giving me a can I have to walk slowly back home to not spill the cups , she goes “ well all I can do is give you a smaller cup of you want a cup with a top, what type of inconvenient terrible customer service is this . Not only did I have to keep placing my cup in random places to open doors and use the elevator but to be a regular and have to be told that sprite in a can I expensive that the syrup is cheap so I can’t get 2 cans of soda . She told me “ if we give out soda cans we would be loosing money because they are more expensive “ if you guys are not able to provide cups with tops or sodas in a can and your customers maybe you shouldn’t offer the drinks. Thank god for the people who were walking in & out of my apartment door to help me with these 2 open top cups . NGL I’m very upset . And she didn’t even fill my...
Read moreEnroute to Wild Leap I realized one of the keys to finding parking is to turn on Garnett Street, which directs you to a sizable parking lot. I quickly found an available space and entered through the lower level entrance, which led me directly to one of the many bar areas.
I was immediately welcomed by a friendly bartender who was ready to take my order and answer all my questions. After taking a quick tour of the space and stopping by the small but clean restroom facilities, I continued to explore the lower level, which was quite expansive and offered a wide variety of indoor and outdoor seating options. I walked upstairs to the second level, and I spotted the beer group I had been searching for, tucked away in a corner booth right next to a massive TV screen. The venue itself is exceptional, with multiple large-screen TVs mounted throughout the space and a second, equally impressive bar on the upper level. I approached the bar and ordered a flight of beer, featuring a nice mixture of beer styles. After getting my flight, I returned to the group and spent some time sharing and discussing our beers. The venue was full of comfortable nooks and crannies, both inside and out, making it an ideal spot for intimate gatherings or larger group events. I am eager to return and explore more of the menu, as this place clearly offers a bunch of different beer options. Overall, I highly recommend Wild Leap Atlanta and look forward to...
Read moreThis pains me because I love Wild Leap's products and have had two good experiences here before, but it's easy to have good experiences during g the middle of the day.
Left the Falcons game early because a) the Falcons were getting destroyed and b) we wanted to swing by Wild Leap before they closed at 9:00.
We arrived at 8:40 on the middle level and could see that the bar was cleaning up. We told the bartender we were there to pick-up some beer to go and they said they were closed and sent us downstairs. We walked downstairs and they told us they were closed and told us we could go to the Speakeasy on the third floor. Needless to say, we left. Very disappointed we went out of our way to pick up some to-go beer and were thwarted twice.
UPDATE: I changing my rating to reflect the fact that my issues and concerns were addressed very promptly and with the utmost concern by Wild Leap's management. They took my concerns seriously, reviewed what happened and addressed their team so that something like this will not occur in the future. I greatly appreciate their efforts and look forward to my next visit which I expect will be more in line with what I had...
