McDonald's — Restaurant in Atlantic Beach

Went here to get a simple order of 4 small ff, 2 burgers (one w/o onions), and 2 mc flurries. Was told the icecream machine was broken??? Seems like every McDonalds I go to late at night, their icecream machine isn't working. ???? I figure it must take actual work to make McFlurries or milkshakes. Ordered McFrappes instead but seemed like they were irritated that we asked for something different and it would be way to coincidental if both the icecream and frappe machines were down. After making my cold frappes they ask if we can drive around to get fresh fries so we did and waited about seven min for ff while my frappes were melting. Got to the house and had onions on my burger the one that was suppose to be w/o and my husbands burger had one long slither of an onion?? Not the chopped up ones that are suppose to be on there. The staff was obviously already off work in their minds because they were mopping behind the counter and made it very clear that we (the customers) were inconveniencing them. It's summertime and we are at the beach so if you work here then you must know that people will be eating at all hours of the night. It was like they had already done all their closing duties way before closing and we messed it up for them by ordering our food! This is why I'm against 15 dollars an hr for fast food workers! Unless it's a Chick Filet, where they actually take pride in their job and make your fast food experience a good one, all the other fast food restaurants have sadly fell to wayside and do nothing to improve service or food! Don't even waste your time here. Rude employees should be fired! So my daughter and I are staying one block from this location. We ordered a deal through my mobile app. We decided to walk since it was nice outside. We walked over to the establishment and as we were walking up to the door, I noticed it was empty and I told my daughter I think it's closed. I peered through the window to see if anyone was able to answer how to cancel the order. This man walks up the side (appeared to be maintenance) saying we are closed. So we started walking away from the door and he screams "We're closed!" Okay, I heard him. I say "oh sorry" and we walked to the other end of the side walk to walk back. As we pass him, he screams at us!!! "WE'RE CLOSED!!". I say "jeez, we heard you the first time!". There was no sense in being yelled at. Google says they were open, there was not one sign on the door, and that is definitely not how you should treat people!

Didn't know how to cancel so ended up having to drive all the way to the other location that is in Morehead near Walmart. They were super helpful and able to allow me to get the order due to the app saying it was already redeemed. Just the fact I wouldn't have wasted my time to drive the 30 mins...

I have visited this location several times this year and have yet to get a correct order from them. One item, in particular, they seem to have a very difficult time creating: a non-fat, mocha with no whipped cream. Each time I have been served coffee with cream.....no chocolate or sweetener.....at this location. I have had this beverage at McDonald's all over the country and every other location from here to Texas has been able to make the drink but not the Atlantic Beach store. That is my biggest complaint because each time, I have been charged for the mocha but only got coffee with cream...approximately a $2 difference in price. As for the rest of the order, each time there is something missing or wrong with the food. Missing cheese on a bacon, egg, cheese biscuit, runny egg on a McMuffin, missing sausage on a big breakfast with sausage, no sides in the Kid's Meal, etc. I don't know what is wrong at this location, but it needs to be fixed. In my mind, they definitely need to be taught how to make the specialty coffees! I keep going back because the location is convenient when I am in this town and I am hoping that they will finally get my order correct. It's getting...
