Boba Cafe — Restaurant in Atlantic City

Just want to comment on their customer service.

I ordered 16 bubble teas (a variety of flavors) from them on DoorDash for pick up. The pick up time said it would take about 37-47 minutes, but I needed it sooner. I called them at opening time (11:00am), and asked if it could be a little sooner. They said they could try, so I then submitted my order on DoorDash. They did have the order ready for pick up a little sooner (in 32 minutes), which is better than 47 minutes, and I made it just in time to where I wanted to take the bubble teas.

Additionally, I asked for the cups to be labeled with the flavors because I might mix them up if they looked similar. I expected them to be written on with a marker, but they used a printed label, which was above my expectations. I felt a bit bad about that since it made more work for the lady and used up their labels, but they were good at following the special requests on DoorDash that I wrote. I should've written please write instead of label. I hope the next person doesn't expect labels to distinguish the flavors even though they did this time. =)

The person who made the bubble teas had on a mask, but no gloves while making them, however I saw he was careful in handling the drinks. They put the bubble teas in those "cup holders" that hold four and put them in a plastic bag with the straws, so that made it easier to carry--not all stores do that. He also offered to help me carry some of them to my car across the street. I ended up accepting his help after he offered a few times, and asked for his name (Mr. Chen).

If you love boba, then you NEED to check this spot out. Hands down the best boba place in the area! Their handmade cheese stake egg rolls are the best in town, the moshi, let me tell you, they make them completely from scratch and they are absolutely delicious!! The general chicken rice platter is a personal favorite of mine, it comes with a ginger salad, spring rolls, and dumplings, the perfect meal for lunch or dinner. Their chicken fired rice is also always apart of our usual order and it’s sooooo good! Now for the moment we’ve all been waiting for, the boba drinks… I love the honeydew smoothie with mango boba but I’ve tried a few other flavors and they are all amazing! They offer a rewards program too so make sure to sing up to get free extra boba or even a free drink of your choice when you’ve acquired enough points 🤗 And I can’t forget to mention the owners, they are some of the nicest people you will meet! So sweet and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and love their cafe. They are one of the biggest reasons we only go to this boba place out of all the others in the area. At this point, I just want to say that Boba 🧋 is really life ! & also I just want thank god for letting me see another year in life as well ! So that I can enjoy these delicious & exclusive Boba that these hard workers make ! I love these people ❤️🔥 they can turn a bad day into a good day with their best & perfect customer service ! Not only they can provide the best & perfect customer service, they can make the best Boba there is here in Atlantic City, New Jersey !
