It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Auburn Hills

First time ordering from It's Just Wings after seeing it pop up on Google Maps. Didn't realize they were inside the Chili's before that. The order process was pretty straightforward - you can't call them and have to order online - and I was given a pickup time and instructed to pull in to the Chili's-To-Go parking space so they could bring my order out to me. The sign in the space stated that an employee would be out to take care of my order.

I arrived almost 10 minutes before my order complete time in case it was done early. I kept refreshing the orderfood.google.com page to see when my order status would change from Being Prepared to Order Complete. But after 10 minutes it still hadn't changed, so I went inside and found my order sitting on a shelf set up for carryout pickup and the employee told me they don't bring orders to cars anymore. When I asked how long my order had been sitting there, she said 5-10 minutes. Ugh. Nothing like fries that have been sitting and steaming for up to 10 minutes before I even factor in the drive home time.

So...giving them a three because the wings were actually fairly good. Not the best, not as good as BWW, but pretty good. Yes, the fries were pretty soggy, but now that I know their process and to ignore the Google order status, I'm willing to separate the service/pickup issue as a first-timer with the food quality.

Not bad! The wings were good! Fries were fine! Nothing to write home about but a good value for your buck. I will say they were very busy but the girl was really helpful. I waited a few minutes then went inside to get the order and it was ready. The signs said to hang in the car but it's a pandemic and they are very busy so i just went in it was no problem. Sprites had zero flavor and all carbonation,wings barely had sauce on them and we ordered additional sauce and it was not in order. Called the restaurant to fix problem and they said they are not responsible and I need to contact door dash. The only way you can order from here is through door dash that I know of. I assume this is why quality is so poor. They do not have to answer to poor customer service...
