Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Auburn

We called this place because I was having problems ordering online. The person that answered the phone sounded friendly! The problem? I was not aware that you cannot use two coupons on one order! I explained to her that I wanted 2 medium Hawaiians with only ham & pineapple! I was told that it can't be done with that coupon! To add to my frustration, she kept correcting me that they don't "use ham" they use "Canadian bacon" so after being corrected 5 or 6 times I told her to tell the CEO of Domino's that they need to correct their menu because it says HAM and not Canadian bacon!! Then I told her that it allows me to use that coupon online and change my toppings no problem! She didn't even bother telling me that since I'm only getting 2 toppings I can get the $5.99 deal since we were also ordering garden salad and chicken wings! Their food may be on point, but to be more interested in correcting ham over Canadian bacon- she should'be been thinking of other deals to offer the customer, This is is unacceptable! Busiiness 101- Customer service is a MUST for any business...

I tried to order through the app but it kept failing which has always been the case so I called the store. Initially when I scheduled delivery the eta was 1 hour 30 min to 1 hour 45 min. Me and my kids are sick so delivery would be ideal but with that eta it would have been past bed time so I scheduled pick up which was 25 min. However when getting ready to leave the kids and myself were not in a position to leave. So i called to have it delivered and then it got here 10 minutes later 35 minutes total. I'm not complaining but thought that was cool. Gave over a 20% tip for getting here so quick. Where it takes a turn was when we were getting to dip into the cinnamon stix, there was no icing. I called them and they are on their way to deliver it. They got a 4 because they are bringing the icing right away instead of saying it was going to be 30 minutes. Now it's not here yet so we'll see. Deleted my previous 1 str review to write this one...should have just not used them again. My order sat on the rack for an hour, the tracker said so and you can definitely tell by the quality. Even after she said it was leaving the store it didnt move for another almost half hour so we ended up going in and having them make the order again which has taken another 30 min so far. Pretty ridiculous considering I live less than a mile away and could have WALKED there and back to pick it up faster. Update your delivery times and my family could have eaten 2 hours ago yet here we are at dominos still waiting for our Damm food after 8pm on a school night and all they wanna do is make excuses.
