Normally fast, good pizza and accurate on what I order. Today, not so much, I ordered online as usual and delivery for myself and my coworkers. Something must have went wrong between where I clicked on olives and they received onions. I mean, I get it sometimes things happen but when I called to talk to someone about it, they told me I would have to wait 45 minutes to an hour for my pizza (which the original order only took 20 minutes and my work is 2 minutes away) plus they would have to take the old pizza back? So, you're willing to make it right (cool) but I gotta wait up to an hour (not cool) AND you're going to break health and cdc guidelines and rules during the time of COVID and take my other pizza back? (Super not cool) I mean, what are you gonna do with it, eat it yourself or resell it? Crazy time I guess. After reading recent reviews and seeing I'm not the only one that has had problems recently, it's obvious something has changed so I will be going to either papa johns or pizza hut next time. Have...
Read moreIf I could leave zero stars I would but that's not an option I ordered food from this store an hour and a half later it arrives cold and I had to guide the driver to me cause he refused to use GPS I was located no more then 5 miles from the store so the food should definitely not arrive cold ... I then call the store to see why it took an hour and a half and why I was served cold food the person who answered was named kehlsey she offered a credit to my account and a bunch of reasons why it's acceptable to serve cold food an hour and a half later I then said ok was not rude then she hung up on me because I simply answered ok and she thought I was done I called back asking for the manager she replied I am the manager ... what is wrong with people and why is it hard to get good service and what u paid for .... DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION or from domino's in general they think it is ok to treat people this way and...
Read moreI recently ordered a pizza delivery from Domino’s, and it was, to put it mildly, an unpleasant experience. The taste of the pizza became irrelevant after I found three (!) hairs in it. This is completely unacceptable for a company that claims to be one of the leaders in the industry.
At first glance, everything seemed fine, but as I was slicing piece after piece, I came across this disgusting “surprise.” It’s impossible not to question the hygiene standards in their kitchen. Such negligence clearly indicates a lack of quality control.
Pizza is supposed to bring joy, not disgust. I expected the quality and service I paid for, but unfortunately, I was left utterly disappointed. I hope Domino’s management takes action to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
The service needs improvement, hygiene standards must be stricter, and at the very least, customers should receive an apology for...
