I placed an order online and it said I would receive my order in 25-30 mins. An hour later my meal arrived at my door, I opened the bag to find my entire order was wrong and the can of soda I had ordered was smashed. I tried to call the store multiple times but the phone didn't work. I then drove to the location, it was about 15 mins before they closed since it took an hour for my food to arrive. I walk in with my bag and tell the guy my whole order is wrong, he says they didn't have the chips I ordered and no way of calling me so they just threw some in the bag, not a big problem. He then got a bit of an attitude after I told him my soda can was smashed and grabbed my sandwich saying well what's wrong with this. I told him it was beef and I ordered chicken, he takes the sandwich, opens it up and looks at it. As he's checking the food the girl at the counter screams no it's not, I made it with chicken. He tells he it's clearly beef and she argued with him while STICKING HER BARE FINGERS all inside the sandwich. The guy then grabs the sandwich and tells me he can't make another one because he's out of bread, seriously more like he just didn't want to make another sandwich. He tells the girl to issue me a refund, which she complained about but did, she also gave me a card for a future sandwich. He told me I could grab a new drink and I asked if I could just replace the chips and he said fine. When I went to grab a drink, I noticed that all the cans of soda in the fridge were smashed the same way mine was, how do you not notice that.
Horrible experience and was already upset it took an hour instead of the 30 mins I was told. To top it off I told them they may want to look into their phones not working and the guy said well we haven't had phone calls since 8, I wonder why. Don't waist your time here, they don't have product, the stuff they do have is defective, you can't order much online, and they basically threw a fit when I told them I couldn't eat my sandwich bc it was the wrong meat, first and last time ordering from this location. Read moreI've been here in person and came out with subs that look like the menu photos online. I tried delivery with a recent promotion and I feel like I was penalized for it. I prefer JM to subway even though it's priced higher, they add more food to match. With my recent delivery, it felt like they slimmed down.
Was it because of the worker who prepared my sub? Was it because I ordered delivery so I'm not there to watch how much they put in it?
Sometimes Subway gives more than JM so if I'm going to get less food for a delivery, I'm just going to go with Subway for the same amount and pay less.
Took away another star because I've had pretty good subs from here and maybe it's something with the chicken cheese steaks but it just didn't taste as great as it looked. I've had great tasting subs from here but I might skip chicken cheese options from here on out.
Another issueI 'll mention but won't negate a star from is lack of communication regarding unavailable add ons. Now this could be an issue with the JM store or with the delivery courier. In this technological age, I don't see how hard it would've been for the store to call the courier contact number or tell the driver at the store that so and so chips or drink is out of stock. I was not contacted from either party.
The alternative they threw in was nowhere near what I wanted but it was still good to eat. I wish I still would've been contacted about it though from someone but again not sure if this is on JM or the delivery services....
