I went in to the Store the first time on Friday 3/8 and Donte Miller assisted me with upgrading my plan and my phone. Donte was amazing, he was professional, very knowledgeable, polite and efficient.
I did not make any changes at that point as I was just looking at my plan options & phones. I let Donte know that I had to make a few choices with what he presented me but I would e-mail him with my decisions regarding a phone & contract. He provided me with his e-mail address and told him I would let him know.
When I contacted him via e-mail, he told me that he would make sure the phone I wanted was there when I arrived the following Saturday, 3/16. As he promised, the phone I wanted was there, he made the changes I needed to my plan and activated my phone. Again, he did so professionally, politely and quickly.
I have been in customer-centric positions my whole life and in this day and age where customer service seems to be a dying art among most younger employees, Donte's quality of service, knowledge & professionalism is the epitome of what Customer Service should be. Read moreHorrible service. When I walked in I was not greeted, it seemed as if we were interrupting the the At&T rep named cody as he was on his phone. He did not look up to see who walked in. I disregarded his lack of professionalism and continued into the store. As mentioned before he did not start up conversation or ask what we needed so I informed him i wanted to add two Iines to my account. He lazily walked over to get the tablet sat back down and asked me for the phone number my account is linked to when I messed up and gave him a wrong digit he exhaled loudly and made hand gestures showing he was annoyed. I was in disbelief as to how rude he was being. No customer should ever be treated as if they were dumb especially when they are trying to bring the company more business. I stood up told him never mind and left. I will be taking this issue up to corporate. They really need to find a replacement...

My in-store experience was phenomenal she sold the rainbows and everything until I got home and I got the bill did everything she said turned into a lie. My internet was $65 a month not 47 even though I became an AARP member and brought two phone lines over the discounts never materialized and now I have $160 phone bill and a $65 internet bill so I increased my communication bill by over $100 a month by coming to AT&t and got worse service. And trying to get this fixed has been worse I almost am willing to go back to T-Mobile or MetroPCS at least with them you expect the lies does anybody do straight on this business anymore? And don't say man because they sold out to T-Mobile. So I was glad to get AT&t until I got the bill and I will probably be switching to somebody else as soon as I pay the bill cuz I'm tired of...
