Outstanding Service and Accommodation at Panera Bread, Auburn Outlet Collection
I recently had the pleasure of placing a large order for 60 coworkers at the Panera Bread located in the Auburn Outlet Collection, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the exceptional service provided by two employees, Agy and Melanie. From the moment I started placing my complex order, Agy and Melanie demonstrated an unparalleled level of attentiveness and professionalism. They listened carefully to my various requests, including special accommodations for vegetarian options and extra sauce on certain items. Their patience and willingness to ensure every detail was perfect truly stood out.
What struck me most was their ability to handle such a large order with ease and precision. They took great care to confirm each item, making sure that all the customizations were noted correctly. Their attention to detail was impressive, and it gave me confidence that my coworkers would receive exactly what they wanted. Agy and Melanie went above and beyond in their customer service. They offered helpful suggestions when I was unsure about certain menu items and provided clear information about ingredients and preparation methods. Their knowledge of the menu was extensive, which made the ordering process smooth and efficient.

After waiting 30 mins for our food, we tried honking and waving to get insiders attention. 2 employees looked at us and walked away. I finally called the store and asked what was going on with our order. We were told orders are made in order of being received. So they were busy making inside customers and online orders, despite us being only the 2nd people in the drive through line. I am writing this review as we are now at 41 minutes waiting. I was told when we called that it would be another 5-10 mins. I asked if there were 20 orders in front of us, but we were the only customers in the drive through, would we then have to wait an hour or however long for all those orders to be made? I was told yes. I understand being short staffed, but this system of not spreading around orders so that each grouping (online, drive thru, in store) get their orders made, is ridiculous. Unfortunately, we will really have to reevaluate coming back here to this location, despite having come here for years. 40+ minutes in a drive through line with a 6 year old and newborn in the car, plus almost $30 for a sandwich and macaroni just doesn't make it worth it at all.
*EDITING this review to add that they didn't even remember the chicken on my sandwich. Halfway home already now, with a crying newborn, having waited 40+ minutes, and they forget the chicken! But of course we were charged for it. SO...
Read moreIv ordered from this location 3 times, 2x through doordash and 1x throught their app. The last two times they have forgotten the chips that are supposed to come with the "Pick Two" meal and this this time (ordered through the app) they also forgot some items on my sandwich and there's no way to notify them of the app. One of my pick two items was the Ham & Gouda baguett sandwich that comes with ham, gouda, mixed greens, and their mustard. This time I added extra ham, bacon, onions, and garlic aoli. I recieved my sandwich and it only had the double ham, bacon, mustard for sure, and possibly the aoli but I don't actually have any clue if it's on their or not. No mixed greens and no onions. Everything that was "forgotten" are the "free" no extra charge items. Still frustrating non the less. As good as their food is I probably won't be ordering dekervylry from them again and as I don't go to that area I probably won't be going to this location...
