McDonald's — Restaurant in Auburn

I come to this McDonald’s very frequently on my way to work and service is pretty quick which is great, one of the older women who works the window always is friendly with a smile which is another nice touch as well. My issue though is the lack of attention the staff pay when taking and making orders. It’s happened numerous times and normally I’m one to just let it be but it’s happening so often that today I decided to write a review.

This morning I stopped by to grab a Sausage McGriddle, I specified I’d like cheese and bacon added to it without a breath or hesitation the employee said “is that it?” While the monitor read that my order was for a Sausage McGriddle with extra sausage and bacon. I corrected the monitor added my requested drink and went through the windows. Once handed my food I didn’t immediately pull off as I normally would but rather I checked it. The drink wasn’t right, and the sandwich didn’t have the cheese. I debated whether or not I really wanted to make a fuss over it but the cheese does add a different value to the sandwich that I was craving this morning. So I pulled back around. The employees solution was taking the sandwich back and throwing a fresh freezing cold slice of cheese on the already room temp sandwich (which I only add because there was no chance in the cheese actually melting a bit from the heat of it). All in all I still left unhappy.

It’s really not a huge deal but it is the difference between good service and just service. This is just one instance while there are many that have happened...

Hi i am a reviewer this is my review of McDonald's in fife I go to many McDonalds this is the one closest to my work..so I take my lunch breaks here ..its close to my work easy to get to and with the new app I get five to seven dollar sandwiches for a dollar ten..the staff is nice the location is clean. The food and sandwiches are good and made the way I ask I have never had a bad experience here so I come back I like to get the artisanal chicken sandwich with no lettuce and tomatoes I add a ranch packet and get a large ice water no lid no straw it's a good lunch I will probably get the same order tomorrow it is basically a grilled chicken patty with ranch on a bun ..I like the ice water ..so I think I have ranted long enough to make me sound like a complete old ball ..did I mention I love the ice water..but deffantly try the ice water..hahaha ..but bo it is a good McDonald's to visit at least around noon do not go into fife at night it is a crazy area so be safe and only come in the day time do not give people change or anything they are not safe do not speed or Jay walk ..actually just dont go to fife wait a few miles actually dont stop anywhere in western Washington it's all crazy and crowded just keep driving and dont stop drive drive drive..I do love the ice...

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EAT HERE AND THIS IS WHY. So this happened a while ago maybe January 2017. After I picked up my kids from school we did some shopping ar Sam's Club and straight to McDonalds. I ordered chicken nuggets n hamburgers plus two sundaes. Paid for it at the drive thru and boy i watched 15 or more cars passed by me. I was told to park for our sundaes. It was getting annoying and frustrated waiting forever and my kids bugging me for their sundaes. I had to drive around again to the drive thru to ask how long does it take for a sundae to make and the guy that took my payment said it doesnt take a minute. So here i am wanting to raise my voice and say something really bad but my kids are in the car. So i drove up and the Philippine looking female or some kinda asian gal gave me my sundaes and i just yelled and said so everyone can hear me BAD SERVICE BAD SERVICE. i didnt wana get no damn sundaes after waiting so long but i would do anything for my kids. it was rush hour already and to deal with this kind of bullcrap from this mcdonald was unacceptable. I would never in a million years go back to this fast food McDonalds ever ever ever again. This mcdonald is the worst ever and doesnt deserve a star from...
