McDonald's — Restaurant in Auburn

they made me park for my order no problem at all but what furiously made me upset is they forgot the 3 hashbrowns that came with my order! I pulled up at the second window explained to them im missing 3 hashbrowns showed them the reciept and handed them my bag. They said i only ordered 2 hashbrowns but the reciept and i said otherwise. Its on the receipt its clear so i dont get how they tried to argue back saying i only ordered 2 and proceeded saying we'll give you the other hash brown this time. Which made me more upset and they slammed the window! didnt even bother saying sorry whatsoever for forgetting the hashbrowns at all. The female manager and 3 other employees were giving us the look and continued talking.

Let me try to make it clear for them to understand!

Buy one get one for a dollar. I got a sausage mcmuffin and hashbrown. The sausage muffin is 2.39 therefore the first hashbrown is 1.00.

Thats one hashbrown already!

Second hashbrown comes with the meal which i ordered a sausage and egg mcmuffin meal with small decaf.

The 3rd hashbrown which clearly says 2.19 on the reciept. Making it the 3rd hashbrown!

But yet all 4 of the employees including one female manager still proceeded to argue and still say i only ordered only 2 and had the audacity to say we'll give the other hashbrown for free. Which made me more infuriated because how is it free? When i clearly paid for it! It says on the reciept!

To the 3 female morning crew members and 1 female manager instead of being rude & arguing back. Yall need to learn how to...

So, we get here about midnight and go through the drive through. The girl on the speaker starts speaking in mostly Spanish and broken English, but we got enough of it to get by. After being told to order when we are ready, we were given about 5 seconds before we were pressured to order again. We caved and ordered as quickly as we could (with absolutely no line behind us). We were told our total would be "at the second window" (not sure what that equates to in dollars though). So we get to the first window and no is there. Okay. Fine. We go to the second window. No one is there. We see further in that two girls are cleaning. They see us. We see them. They don't make a move to aknowledge us. So after a full minute of staring, we think, "hey, maybe the first window was right after all." We reverse back to it. Still empty. We wait another 20 seconds and go the the second window. They still don't come to take our money or anything. So, we go park in the lot. Right when we park, some guy leans out the window and starts asking another car who had just pulled up if they ordered our order. I yell over that it was my order, and no one had talked to use for several minutes of waiting. He looks right at me and tells me to drive around! In the time it took for us to park, a line of 3 cars had formed who would all be served before us. If their wait time was anything like ours, we were not going to get hot food. I hope the employees enjoy the unpurchased order, because we did not...

This is a very nice McDonald's in Auburn, WA. There is plenty of parking and there are two drive-thru lanes. When it gets so busy it can take a while and the staff can get your orders mixed up with other customers - like they did with mine.

I went through the drive-thru once for a Big Mac and 40 pieces of chicken nuggets. After dropping them off for my nephews I came back and wanted to try to order inside the restaurant. No one was there to take my orders and the ordering system was not working for me, so I waited 10+ minutes for someone to show up so I could place the order. Everyone was so busy working in the kitchen area. Some customers were given the wrong waiting number and didn't get their food so they all came up to ask for their food one by one. It was a bit of chaos I think.

I finally got a chance to order my food and asked for a cup of water. I was given a cup of TAP WATER. That was the only disappointment and it did not taste good. Plus the receipt says 3 of each sauce for the 40-piece nuggets. I only got 2 of each one.

I know the staff works hard, and I'm going to give this restaurant Four Stars with room for...
