McDonald's — Restaurant in Auburn

If I can place NO STARS...I surely would!! Let me start off by saying I live about a block away from this location!! I don't eat at this McDonalds...I drive over a mile to the McDonald's by the Supermall! This particular McDonald's has the worst customer service imaginable, definitely not clean and majority of the workers are liars!

This particular morning, October 9 2016, my nephews went to this McDonald's to buy breakfast(he knows we cannot stand this McDonald's, maybe too tired to drive to the other one by the Supermall), he ordered breakfast burritos and Mcgriddles! When he finally brought the food back...not only was it still cold, but there was MOLD on 2 of the burritos.....MOLD people....MOLD!!!! We drove back to the McDonald's to put in a complaint....the MANAGER on duty just replied back saying, "I don't know how that got there, we usually store them well in the freezer!"

Bish are you serious? There was no apologies or any kind of remorse through her voice!! Just a refund and that was it!!!!! We spent $30 something bucks and you couldn't even say sorry?

If any of you are curious we posted a video on my FB of the mold on the burritos! Sharing it thru FB and having family and friends share the video as well! We are trying to see if there is any further actions we can take because that just pisses me off! Maybe we should've saved the burritos so that we can feed it to their CORPORATES kids or something to see how that feels?? MCDONALDS on A street for damn sure doesn't care if I post this! If anything I know their laughing at this,...

Every time I order from doordash it comes from this McDonald's and my order is constantly missing items...no joke! I wish I could pick which McDonald's my order comes from. I think they need to have 3 different people triple check their orders because paying out of pocket to feed a family of 6 is roughly around $200 and people's money should be taken seriously!! Come on McDonald's, make sure that you check your orders and get every item that was paid for in the bag. You can do better!!

Ordered Doordash once again on 6/8/22 because I have to be up at 2am for work and my kids need to eat but my order is missing 5 items again and the food is cold as if it sat for hours and just waited for someone to order it so they could send off their old nasty burgers, nuggets, and fries!!!! What is the problem here guys?? Come on....there's way more bad/horrible reviews than good....that's sad!! Management needs to get on it and fix the issues here!! People pay for their quality, service, and accuracy and all are just horrible!!! If I could give a -1000 👎...I definitely would!! Doordash let me order from a different McDonald's please?? The ones giving 5 stars are most likely workers that got told to...

If I can rate it 0 stars I would. I ordered a large fries they had me park for 10 minutes, I then have to walk to the window to ask if they went to make the potatoes first. Their response was sorry gave it to the wrong car. How can you give something to the wrong car when you asked them to park. Lack of leadership and organization for sure. Not the first time thats happened, but my last time going here. The orders all always messed up, food is extremely messy. It just seems like a majority of the people here are just counting hours. I don't recommend this place to anyone who is in a rush or want their orders done correctly and with care. This location is failing its customers and the community and the managers are failing the business. If you need help fixing this, reach out. I have the experience and know how!!!! Im sure as a owner you have invested too much to watch you business crumble. And the worst part is, your paying the people to do crumble it. Looking at it from that perspective I hope it will motivate you to make...
