New update to the update: Contacted them again cause they never came back to the phone. They are refusing to refund me because they made the food twice as it's my fault their service is pathetic and that the delivery driver supposedly delivered it elsewhere. I. Told them I wanted a refund before any food was delivered and while on the phone over one hour after they said they was gonna resend the food the delivery driver finally popped up and I told the person on the phone I'm refusing the food and want my refund. The person on the phone said he doesn't care if I want it or not that I'm not getting a refund. New review update: Don't waste your time or money here. I decided to give them another chance. Placed a order ar 7:22pm and it's 9:45pm and yet my food hasn't arrived. Their excuse? Door dash cause that's who they supposedly picked to deliver our food that we never received and that they somehow can't get a hold of to see what happened. I called after the first hour and a half and they said the food was MIA and that they was gonna do it again and then 1 hour later supposedly my food is still sitting there. I asked for a refund. They placed me on hold and I've been waiting for a while and no one comes back to the line. This place is trash. Added photo of app when i places order and you can see current time displayed on top so they can't say I lied! I ordered delivery like I normally do. Been a local customer for 2 years and HH is my favorite pizza chain. Lately this location has become trash! There is always something wrong with my order. If the cook wasn't extremely skimpy and put the ingredients on the pizza like they sold the ingredients to HIM it's that they forgot to put a ingredients or the flavor on the crust and thats what their actually famous for. Today's order the ingredients where correct but my pizza was doughy and raw! To top it off like they do lately I live literally 2 minutes from there and my pizza is 90% of the times either cold or luke warm! Sometimes they give you your food straight from the trunk of their car and the food not placed in the bags they are supposed to use to keep contamination from getting to your food and also to keep it warm! This place seriously needs to clean out their staff or retrain all of the employees and especially the managers for permitting such low quality! Thank God I have a toaster oven to finish cooking my pizza!

Ordered a pie from HH, and it honestly didn't meet our expectations at all. To make a long story shorter, I have had much better frozen pizzas. I have uploaded a picture of ours and a screenshot of theirs from their menu. I will let you guess which is which. I don't like to hate on a business, so let me talk about the good points. The order taker was very good. Polite and got our order right, I guess. And when I went in to pick it up, the young lady at the counter was super pleasant and friendly. It sure smelled good and I was really looking forward to a good pizza. Well, that didn't happen. Wasn't anything like the add. Just look at the colors! Not even sure if the ingredients were the same quality as in the ad. Not saying they aren't, but sure isn't a much of a match. I grant you that I am not a photographer at all, but phones are pretty idiot proof these days. And it is what it is. We weren't happy. As I've said, I've had much better frozen.

Tonight (3/14/21 @ 8:55p) I was left on hold for 15 minutes (by some employee who apparently doesn’t like her job), only to hang up and call right back and speak with a gentleman (a driver that stated he’d just walked in the door), that was at least happy to be there. This is not the first time I’ve had customer service issues with this location. Please hire people that are able to multitask if you want to keep your customers. People that answer the phone with horrible attitudes should not be allowed to be the first contact the customer makes. Florida is a right to work state. There are too many other locations in the area to choose from. How many bad reviews will it take for you to address this problem? In the meantime, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
