I called and did a carry out order for a burger mashed potatoes. and a drink. The young lady that placed my order.She was wonderful. She gave great customer service she told me that my order would be ready in 15 minutes or so I told her okay. I will be there in about 5 minutes but I had to run to the store. So I came back within a half an hour or so long story short, even though I came back later, then 15 minutes. My food should have been kept under the heating hold, and it wasn't. My food costs $10 and change. I did give a few dollars extra because of her customer service. Upon arrival there was another employee.He was wonderful as well a nice young man. I did use the restroom, and one of the toilets was stopped up backed up and it also was running with water coming from the toilet. That wasn't very pleasant to see. Management should always make sure the bathrooms are clean at all times because this is an establishment of eatery work customers. Who will be spending majority of their time. The other complaint My food was not hot. The burger was cold and my bacon was hard.I only ate a quarter of the sandwich. The match was hater's was cold warm. I didn't go back inside to ask. To heat up simply because I had already waited for some time. And I have an appointment to go to with that being said in the near future.If they can make sure that the food remains or stays under a heating hole, regardless if customers are running a little late, that would be very helpful. One thing, customers want to make sure that they're getting excellent customer service and another thing. They want to make sure that they're gonna get hot food. I did receive excellent customer service. Although my food was not up to temperature, my burger was cold. It was not hot, it was not left under a heating hold. My food cost $10 and change. I gave the cashier $14. Or fifteen dollars or so. I know she did not make the food, so there was no need to punish her. Again she was wonderful. She had great customer service. I didn't get her name but I do know. Shi was the young lady that took my name place. The order. And I do know that she was a nice person. I'm going to give the remaining of the burger to my dogs.    Read moreWe have always ordered frequently via Uber Eats, which is done by the Carside group and the cooks, and generally they are very good about when Iâve needed to call and ask for special requests because the Uber doesnât allow to make notes. Tonight however they went above and beyond and I just wanted to make a comment about it. I recently had all of my teeth removed so my usual item to order because it was the chicken wontons and theyâre too crispy until I get dentures. So because my mom loves the quesadilla I figured I would just try to pick something new so she could. I ordered the chicken quesadilla salad and I was really unsure if I would like the blackbean corn salsa but still wanted to try it and see so I called and asked if they could put it on side side because I wasnât sure if I would like it; and it might ruin the whole thing for me on there. Not only did they put that on the side, but they put all of the components on the side in a wonderful moment of foresight because I didnât know there were green peppers in a bunch of the parts and I absolutely hate them, and I wouldnât have spent the time picking them out in the amount they were in there so they saved my meal. I hadnât wanted to be a pain and ask for the mexi-ranch on the side and was just going to risk that but because they did I was able to; while it was good; use part that and part regular ranch and I think I enjoyed it way more because of that. I also can save what I couldnât eat for later because that salad is huge with the chicken and the cheese quesadilla- easily two meals. I know putting all of those parts into little containers must have been such a time consuming thing, but it was such a wonderful effort and I think saved not only my dinner on a really bad day (unrelated) but me knowing that I like this salad where I think if it was all togetherc especially with the Uber driver having another stop before us, a soggy mess of a salad. Thank you so much kitchen staff and the Carside staff for making that little extra effort for me tonight, I have the manager a call to pass the message to them and let him know how wonderful his staff had been tonight but wanted to make sure that others and maybe anyone higher could see what a great staff there is at this location as well.    Read moreApplebees is usually ok for a quick meal. But this visit was really bad and I'll have to think twice about going back. We waited 40 minutes for a table for our party of 6, it was a Saturday night so this was reasonable. In just a few moments a very nice service greeted us and took our drink order but then disappeared for over 20 minutes! She finally came back and asked if we were ready to order, we said yes and gave our orders and I asked what happened to our drinks, she looked shocked and said I forgot and apologized and came right back with them. We all ordered the same thing, a unlimited riblet, shrimp and chicken special but with different sauces. My meal came out cold in 15 minutes, no one else received anything. Then in about 2 minutes she came with a second (unrequested but welcome) 2nd helping for only me! Ok, it was a bit amusing but awkward so we asked what was happening with the others meals. She said she didn't know but would check. She left and came back with one other cold meal and said this isn't for you guys but I grabbed it cause it is the same as you ordered. She said she didn't know what to do because somehow our orders were mixed up and she couldn't get the food. She asked if we wanted manager, of course we said yes. The manager apologized and asked what was ordered and said he'd be right back. He came back really fast but none of the food was even warm. He felt it and apologized and said he would have it all remade. We had been seated for 90 minutes and the cook and the manager brought out hot food. Since it was unlimited, 4 of our group requested a second helping, they were all given cold food again so we gave up. None of the food was very good, it was just ok. I think because of the unlimited special they had a lot of the food included in the special pre-cooked and just added the various sauces. The manager took $30 off the bill as compensation, which was nice, but it just wasn't worth the trouble...
