This used to be one of my favorite places to eat. I really like the food. Since the beginning of the pandemic I normally use delivery. It is a hit or miss that way. I like the food but have learned that I may get what I ordered and I may not. Sometimes I get normal size portions and sometimes they choose to conserve their food portions and allow me to get less than what I pay for. The past couple of visits I went inside to dine during lunch hours alone. Having mobility issues but being a party of one they choose to sit me in the bar sitting area where I have to go up stairs and in the high booth seats. Instead of asking them about the wisdom of this I sat where they sat me realizing that this company or at least this particular restaurant has no value for the guests safety. Last night I returned with my boyfriend. Although it was a Wednesday and the parking lot was not full we were told the wait may be half an hour. (Tuned out to be closer to an hour) They took my phone number to notify us for seating. After waiting around half an hour the hostess came to me and asked my name. I thought we would soon be a table. We had waited so long I was reading a book on my phone and not very attentive to what was going on around me just waiting my time. Eventually the hostess came back to me and told me that the reason she had not sat me already was because she was waiting on a table I would not have so far to walk to. Remaining patient and inattentive to my surroundings I said ok. My boyfriend must’ve figured out that the wait was getting ridiculous. He had promised to help someone do something after our meal. He told me he had to leave because he was not going to have the time to eat and do what he was obligated to someone else to do. ( When we arrived there should have been ample time to do both!) Thus I remained waiting alone. I looked around me and noticed that all the people that had come in after us had already been sat. I also noticed the hostess giving me odd looks. Several minutes later she eventually took me to a table. I noticed that the people that had come in after me had tables just as close if not closer to the entrance as I had. And half of the tables were empty and clean. I asked her why such a long wait with all the empty table. She responded that the management was new and didn’t know how to run the restaurant efficiently, that that caused a slowdown of service. Needless to say having to eat alone when I shouldn’t and the hostess deciding I wasn’t good enough to be seated until everyone else was seated caused my food not to taste as good as it was. The only good thing that earns the restaurant the one star I had to give it was my server. He actually cared that I had such a bad experience. He sat for a short moment and told me that particular hostess had an attitude and had been disciplined in the past. She sure isn’t concerned about keeping current customers that used to enjoy the restaurant. This restaurant definitely doesn’t want senior citizens for customers! Add to the fact that their handicap parking is placed where the walk is farther than the regular parking. If breathing issues are part of your handicap they have no...
Read moreTonight my husband and I decided to go to Logans because it had been a few years since we had eaten here. The wait was great foe a Saturday night around 7 pm. We only waited about 15 to 20 minutes. Our waitress Suniyah was NOT good at all. She never gave us her name (I got it from the receipt). She acted as if she didn't want to be at work. We gave her our drink order a water with lemon and a sweet tea. She came back with the water and asked what the other drink was because she forgot. We ordered our food, at least she did warn us that the mac and cheese wasn't good. I ordered the smoking hot grilled wings, a side salad, and loaded baked potato and my husband ordered a full slab of ribs, mashed potatoes, and cinnamon apples. After she took our order she disappeared until we'll after we got our food. By the way the side salad....you guessed it....I never got it. I got my food my wings didn't have the Tabasco sauce on them. When I asked for the sauce she brought me buffalo sauce instead of the Tabasco sauce. My husband ribs were subpar. He said it was if they took two different half slabs to make a full one. One half had sauce the other didn't have sauce. He normally takes his leftovers home....he didn't even bother getting a box, that's how much he didn't like his food. He did say the cinnamon apples were good, the only thing he said was missing was crust....it would have made the perfect apple pie. I asked Suniyah to take the salad off the ticket since I never received it and you guessed it....we get the ticket and what is on there....the salad. We had to wait another 10 mins for her to return to give her the ticket back so fix it. Oh and by the way she never asked us to refill our drinks. This was not a good visit.....not sure when or if we...
Read moreLet me begin by stating there was a male hostess who was extremely nice and helpful and the young lady who would have been our waitress was also. The other two hostess and management were offensive and spoke more about the company policy than making their focus be taking care of the customer!! My Aunt called ahead and we were told that it was no gaurantee we would be seated together and they would do their best to accomodate our requests, originally a two parties of 12 and 10. There was also another group of 16 that split into two parties of 8.(Who were able to be accomodated in the same area, ironically). They stressed how they couldn't over seat a server and the server couldn't accomodate parties within close range of each other!! We were willing to sit in a different section near our family and they gave us a hard time over that! We decided to split our 10 and seat seperately in order to be close to our other family. The host staff continued to make the request complicated and seem unreasonable and finally sat us in the section that was being served by the same waitress who was taking care of the party of 12!!!! She goes over and asked the host staff if we could move into the area with the party of 12 [her suggestion, not ours] and they still refused as if they were just determined not to allow us to be seated with each other. And to make matters worse, they lied about not having a server for the section next to our family and the entire back section was basically empty! There was only one other family sat in that area! I have never had so much drama...
