Curtain Call is by far the best fabric showroom in the CSRA! Not only does it have the most fabric to choose from it has the latest designs, and they offer furniture options and decor services! My experience was specific to an upholstery purchase a year ago. It’s difficult to find good buffalo check fabric and in different colors because I wanted to have a recliner redone. I fell in love with a yellow buffalo fabric and the price and customer service was great. Fast forward a year later I bought another identical recliner and needed more fabric. I didn’t feel hopeful that I would find the same fabric again. Fortunately, they still carried the fabric line by another manufacturer, still the same material and I was able to make my purchase! What a GREAT experience! We chose Curtain Call for purchase and installation of Hunter Douglas PowerView Shades for the sunny side of the house. Rachel was our guide in this process and was amazing. She showed us the features and helped with color selection. Very professional and personable! Bruce came out to do the measurements and the order was placed. Shades arrived in record time and Bruce and Rachel made the house call to complete the installation. Bruce was professional and efficient. Rachel performed the programming and instructions on how to use and was great. We got a very fair price and it's clear that the owners take pride in the business and support their employees. I walked in today to look at fabrics for covering my sofa, covering my dining room chair seats, and for drapes. I was ignored by the ladies working until they realized I wasn’t leaving. Finally one employee begrudgingly asked what I was looking for. When I explained, she told me to follow her. I followed to the other side of the store, but then she didn’t say another word. She simply abandoned me so I looked through fabrics. Shortly, a young woman came and helped, but I was so turned off for the rude treatment that I’ll never go back in there again. Also, my 12 year old daughter was with me, and when we got back in our van, we had to discuss the poor treatment and how...
