June 10th 2022 visit update: taking 2 stars off because i have been here 3 or 4 times since my original review. The food has been great 👍 but the Boba teas don't taste good anymore. And i order a thai boba tea everytime i come here. I ask for light ice and the tea comes tasting like it's watered down. No flavor. How does it taste like that when I ask for light ice? I won't be ordering these drinks from here any more. And no, I don't ever ask for light sugar just light ice. Maybe you need to retrain the ladies who make these drinks. They are supposed to be tasty not like they have been sitting and the ice is all melted. Very unfortunate because I used to love getting these drinks from here. I love the food though !!

Went and dined in today after doing some shopping! The place looked great! The woman who took our order was so very nice, and helpful! She helped us out with the questions we had and suggested some yummy things on the menu! My husband and I ordered the build your own bowl with steak and rice and you can pick 6 toppings to add to it, and a wild miso soup. We also ordered a Thai Boba tea which was really good! An order of the sweet chili mad wings, and they were fried so perfect nice and crispy! The wings are something to eat there while they are fresh because they are WAY TOO GOOD! And also a teriyaki grilled steak lunch special with an added order of shrimp Shumai and the Shumai were delicious! Fried perfectly as well! They just recently opened and so glad we went in and tried! We will def be back! Great customer service, amazing food, and wonderful atmosphere! Oh and the Korean hit sauce is beyond good on the build your own bowl sauce options 😁

11/13/21 update: just wanted to add more pics of the amazing steak ramen we had and the Korean tacos which are super flavorful and delicious! Along with a green tea thai boba! I absolutely love this place. AND they have been consistent with their food. We have never had any issues with our order here. We have been eating here for a year now and its always good! Friendly staff! And clean...

TL;DR - Good, but not great. Left feeling a little hungry and wished it had a bit more spice.

Outside/pre visit: The restaurant shares a parking lot with a few other places so there is plenty of parking and there is a light at the entrance to the shopping center so it is easy to get into/out of. No real issues as far as location, as it is pretty centrally located in Augusta.

Inside/decor: There isn't really much decor inside and there isn't a ton of seating inside. All the tables were taken when we were there on a Saturday at 6:30 pm. Also, the line to order goes between tables and booths so if you are eating inside you might have a line next to you the whole time. Thought that was a bit awkward. Also, there is a bar, but nobody was sitting there because people waiting for take out orders were standing there. Maybe that's the intention, but they lost 5-10 seats to that. Outside area was nice, but loses a bit of ambience because you're next to a parking lot.

Food: Maybe this is a case of the food being over hyped, but it didn't quite live up to my expectations. I had the Korean BBQ tacos and they were ok, but they had American cheese as the base below the meat. Thought that kinda took away from the feel of Korean, and it wasn't very spicy to me. Others in my party tried the Korean BBQ waffle fries and hibachi. Hibachi was fine, but about what you'd expect from anywhere else. BBQ waffle fries were similar to the tacos, but I thought they could have had a little something more to make them uniquely Korean. I tried both the hibachi and the waffle fries and ate all the tacos and was still hungry when I left.

Staff: No issues with the staff and even though it was crowded when we were there food didn't take forever to come out. They had one person delivering food and wiping down tables, so some tables were sat at before they were wiped. Not a big deal given staffing shortages throughout the area at the...

If you've never had authentic Ramen dishes from overseas, I can tell you right now, they are delicious. They are incomparable to any dishes outside of their region of origin. The only way you could ever have something like that here is if people who are indigenous to that area came here and opened a restaurant. Now, I not saying that to represent this restaurant, but there have been very few Asian themed places that I've been to that pass the mark of being comparable to those Ramen dishes.

Food: Hands down, the food is amazing. Their selection is vast, but what they do have is enough to satiate the need for it. Ramen, bowls, meat, and everything in between is delicious. Right down to the boiled egg in the Ramen is amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the food they had. And it looks like they have a rotating food board for different meals they plan to make as a special. Keep an eye out for that. Also their drink selection is delicious. I has the Boba. Wasn't disappointed.

Customer service: No food experience is worth getting if the service is terrible. I'm happy to report that all of the employees are top notch amazing. They will walk you through the menu and help you try out things that are good.

Store: The place, as of January 28, is fairly new. The store is simplistic. It has a modern Cafe style with few tables and chairs. I'm sure it's the pandemic, but it doesn't detract from the over all venue. They also have stools to sit up in the front if you are alone or if you feel like sitting at the bar. Its all very nice and very appealing.

Overall, new store and already off to a good start. If you see this review, please know that I ensured to take in all necessary information to make a thoroughly and detailed assessment. Please give this...
