I have never been treated so rudely at any restaurant as I did here, and by the owner, makes it even worse! I went in to get my daughter a hamburger and fries and I asked if they had anything that was not so fattening, so the lady suggested a grilled chicken sandwich, so I asked for it with no bun and add lettuce and tomato. I got it "to go", went home and open the container and under the tomato and lettuce was a lil piece of chicken, I was very shocked, I called the place and told the lady how small the chicken was and she told me to bring it back, I told her I couldn't come back for 2 hrs. and she said ok, so I asked her, so that means I have to wait 2hrs to eat and she said YEP. I took the sandwich back 2 hrs later, went inside, and a different lady asked me what I needed, I explained to her what was wrong and the owner came out of the back (he is the one that cooked the lil piece of chicken) and as he opened the register I let him know I didn't want the chicken anymore, that I would take a cheese burger without the bun, well as I was saying that he reached in to the register and took out a $5 bill and threw it at me, yes, he threw it at me, and it floated to the ground and I asked him what are you doing, I didn't want my money back, I wanted a burger instead, and he acted like I wasn't even talking to him. When I was there earlier to get my food he was trying to give a delivery guy a free sandwich, he was more interested in that guy then a paying customer and that's why he messed up my order. I will never eat there again, The restaurant next to them told me he is a rude man to a lot of people. He lost my business and all my friends and family. I hope it was worth it to him. He needs to take a class to...

The one star rating is due to the fact that staff is not taking proper measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. My grandma and I stopped by yesterday to pick up some sandwiches for lunch. Upon walking in, I saw 2 staff members handling food while wearing their masks on their chin, their mouths and noses were not covered. I assumed when coming to take out order, the employee would wear their mask properly, they did not. I was only slightly comforted by the fact they have a plastic “germ” guard in front of the register.
We placed our order, and the establishment quickly filled with other customers. Not one employee put on their mask, even as customers, realizing the quickly diminishing social distancing room, put on theirs. Then the woman taking orders sneezed and coughed, and continued to take orders without a washing her hands or using the hand sanitizer sitting in the counter. Then she touched the hand written ticket and handed it to the woman preparing food, who touched the ticket with her bare hands and then touched food. I was appalled.
In normal circumstances, I would not leave a review like this. But we are not living in ordinary circumstances. I myself am not at high risk of dying from COVID-19, but I have several loved ones who are. I feel strongly that it is the responsibility of businesses to adhere to the guidelines in place for the safety of the community they serve, and I hope management makes a real effort to meet the CDC and state standards that will reduce the spread of the virus.
Please research guidance on phase 4 reopening for the safety of us all. You will not have customers if they die...
Read moreOrdered a Gyro Plate and it was well more than I had expected!
Everything was fresh and hot respectively; the meat, the tomatoes, the onions, the tzatziki sauce, the pita, and the fries!
All of that for 6.99 before tax and the meat and fries portions were plenty; most definitely worth every cent.
Staff was very kind and professional; I had forgotten to order a side of dipping cheese while ordering and received it very quickly after ordering.
The decor takes you back to earlier times, which can be refreshing, when you see the Coca-Cola memorabilia on the walls and the booths have comforting upholstery that makes you want to order something more so that you can just sit and relax. My favorite piece on the wall was the price for gas that was 22 cents a gallon, I might not have been alive at that time, but I like to think I would have enjoyed it.
Truly a phenomenal shop that is family-friendly and has food that will...
