McDonald's — Restaurant in Aurora Township

5/16/25 1:15pm. Mobile order so all is spelled out, not a margin for error like with a verbally placed order at the drive-thru. Get order home and found they forgot apple pie. I go back, at order speaker I say I'm back for apple pie, she tells me to go to 2nd window. At 2nd window they're not aware of my apple pie. 2nd window lady seemed peo'd when I rejected the order for the car behind me. Not my fault. Advice: 1st window, tell 2nd window what's going on so they're prepared. Also quit forgetting stuff. Now I get off work later at the end of the day because I had to take a longer lunch to go back and get the rest of my order. It affects people you know! Check the receipt and make sure everything is in the bag! Also the Coke Zero tastes watery today, not enough syrup.

6/21/22 2:40pm Man takes my order. Can barely complete speaking my order because he's saying, "Anything else. Anything else. Anything else" if there's even a tiny 2 second pause between meals I'm trying to order. I would be able to tell you if there's anything else if you stop talking!

Get to window the young man at the window rolled his eyes and groaned a little when I said the order he read back is missing a medium fry that I ordered. Then he takes my debit card, says, "$3.07, takes my credit card then says, "You're going to have to wait." and slams the window shut. Do they train employees on good customer service? How about, "it'll be just a moment please". Waited about 2 minutes. There's people behind me. Then a lady opens the window and shoves my card and the receipt in my face super fast. Then at the pick up window the separate fry I paid for wasn't in my bag. Customer service is going downhill.

As of about a year ago, fries have been more dry at this location and most others.

07-30-21 This is the 2nd time I've ordered a Quarter Pounder w/Cheese Deluxe and received a Double Quarter Pounder w/Cheese. Please learn to differentiate the 2. Thank you

2017: As of about two months ago, they've gotten better about getting orders right through the drive thru. Before that, every time I've gone there, they've goofed up at least one thing. The head manager thought I was with a homeless guy knows and called the police. He only asked me for money (1 dollar) in which i had no cash, regardless, she discriminated against the guy for being homeless. She let him buy food and leave and then I purchased a good amount of food after this

It took me s minute but something wAs wrong. My food and two cookies that were in the case yet they made me wait and made them fresh or held them in back. I got my food as soon as the police showed .up. They were told (police) that I was with the homeless guy who had left.why she assumed I was with him and homeless too. The manager would allow us to buy food, I got it to go, yet she wanted me out of the store and refused to give me my money back for the meals I didn't trust the food snd it was made wrong!

The police took me outside and the manager said I was banned from the store for being African American and getting asked for money by another African American who is not my friend. So I am still banned, no money back and corporate just said they would get back to me. I had to deal with the police for a while the other guy was surrounded by them across the street.

Let me ask this. Why not talk to me? I bought two ice cream cones for kids who were there and I'm homeless? Or the manager could have told me don't come back and given me my to go food and leave or my money back? She came out and was happy when they police showed. What a joke from a store that can't get orders right and is backed up because one person works the register when there are free ppl and ten 7 ppl in line! I just had surgery and visit this McDonalds often because I live close and couldn't drive. Nothing else near. I wouldn't come here because they are all really rude at the register but the others restaurants are far

Lastly the night before I asked for pies and was refused at first until I pointed them out and was told those were for an employee so I settled for apple but almost had to beg, he girl at the register really didn't want to even ring them Up but finally did but not the pumpkin pies for...

Went here a couple of days ago through the drive thru and I can’t even begin to tell how terrible it was. The drive thru was backed up the front of the store and with only 1 drive thru kiosk, which every other one in the area has two of them. The person talking my order was great! She under stood what I was ordering and everything. The first window person must of been the person that took my order and told me back what I ordered and did here job and everything. Which was great! But then her comes the problem area…. The second window… As I was sitting there waiting for the two cars in front of me for at least 5-10 minutes. Then there was only one car in front of me I notice the lady giving the person my drinks and then my food…. But then I though ok maybe they ordered the same drinks but not the same food. They drive off then it’s me. The lady tries to give me a large water and a big bag of food which I didn’t order. I tell her that’s not mine and I ordered two large sweet teas and a small water and couple of other items. But she’s is still trying to give me the water, and I tell here again. I give it to her and she is still trying to give me the large water and I tell her no I have a small water…. And then she proceeds to ask me what I orders even though she has my damn receipt. I tell her to look at it to see what I have and still she asked what I ordered…. YOU HAVE MY DAMN RECEIPT!!!!!! So I have to tell her what I ordered and even though she has my receipt…. then finally she hands me my food after 5 minutes after trying to explain to them that they gave the person in front of me my food and drinks… I know it’s McDonald’s but I’m never coming back to...
