Dine in experience: got in, at the cashier was not greeted, didn't know if the guy was ready to take my order or not. i placed my order and i only got my latte, when I asked where were my sandwiches I was told that they don't have it ready as they didn't get the ticket, which is ok, i understand it happens, technical error. When I got my sandwich, it was hot on top and cold on the bottom, the cheese was not even melted. what disappointed me the most was that this place it is NOT sanitary CLEAN. I wanted to have my latte and my food inside, and was disgusted to see that the floors are not swept ( not talking about washed), the chairs and tables had crumbles, and the restroom not clean. Also, was very annoying to hear how loud employees talk to each other, almost like arguing. I was looking forward to have my coffee in an ambient atmosphere. I hope my review will help to improve the situation. I ordered and they forgot to put part of my order in my bag, I drove all the way back and asked for the food portion to be remade, because they had also decided to put my hot food in the same bag with the donuts (like are y’all even serious?) I asked for them to be separated this time and she tried to give me back the same icing slewed off donuts. She then proceeded to tell me that the entire building was hot and asked if I wanted 2 new “melty” donuts. How passive aggressive? Why was it such a problem if I’m the one inconvenienced having to travel back to your business because y’all are clearly incompetent at doing your job? You forgot to put food in my bag that I paid for?

Read moreDisappointed. Waited for over 10 mins behind the person in front of me as they prepared their smoothies. Meanwhile there were three other employees dedicated to drive thru. At one point an employee acknowledges the person in front of me asking if they had been helped, which they had and we're waiting for their order, for over 5 mins, she had an autistic child who couldn't be patient too. Then the employee walks away, never acknowledging me. This is unacceptable. I walk to where she then left to, nearer drive thru, and I say, "you can help me" then she responds, I'm sorry, I have a sandwich to make. Okay, so I proceed to wait. I waited for almost 10 mins to buy a gift card for my employee who has been doing a great job to surprise her. She has a dunking donuts coffee every morning. Really?! Drive thru gets priority? You dedicate three employees to it and one to the people standing inside. Give me a break. Worst service ever.
