Arrived at your restaurant and we we were waiting to be seated. There was one group of 4 ahead of us and the 2 people Arrived after we did. I believe you have a hostesses but when she left her station there were not one but two waitresses that almost seated the people after us. The people after us,the guy mentioned he used to work here to one of the waitresses and then he said that we were ahead of them. So you need to keep your hostess at her station otherwise waitresses just come up not knowing who was here first without asking the guests or the hostess. We ordered pancakes and turkey sausage for me which was fine and my wife ordered a grilled chicken sandwich which was correct, minus the onions and tomatoes that she asked not to be on there. The salad had tomatoes on it which my wife asked not to be on there. The drinks took forever to order, then the food arrived and the salad didn't. We had to ask the waitress for the salad. The China that our food was on was chipped in multiple places. So the service sucks, a hostesses not at her station and a waitresses that was busy and only checked on us once. We will not be returning and instead of supporting a chain restaurant which this is we will go back to a family owned restaurant in Montgomery called grandma's table where the owner personally knows us and what we like. So again service sucked but the...

My dad's avocado toast basically just had a hard-boiled egg on it. The yellow was barely soft, definitely not runny For my mom's order they forgot some of the food
SERVICE: somehow they were super busy, and the waiter did the best he could
ATMOSPHERE: Even though this place is somewhat new, it is already falling apart, which is shocking. All of the faux leather booths are completely disintegrating and cling to your skin. Another issue with the booths is that the table base was made way too wide! In order to get into the booth you have to push the table over to one end and even then, you can barely fit your leg past the post. So if someone wanted to get out of the booth, which I did have to, people on both ends would need to get up so you can scoot the table over to try to sneak out The acoustics are horrendous. It sounds worse than anything I've ever experienced. It is so incredibly LOUD in there! They need to fix that ASAP, it is so unpleasant to sit in there with the ruckus, definitely would not be coming back just because of that. If the food was good I would have reconsidered, but that was not anything better than Denny's...
Read moreMy girlfriend and I were excited to try this newly opened HoneyBerry as we have been to others, but this restaurant did not do well our first visit.
The atmosphere is unique, you can definitely tell it use to be a bar. There are also slot machines located in this building which are not closed off via a privacy door, rather its just a open room which takes away from the atmosphere.
Also, my food came out and was not good at all. The sausage gravy was not thick and very watered down. Also the French fries were not the normal battered style. When the waiter came by I informed them of this and they sent a manager who apologized, they ran out of their normal ones and had to run to the store for a different, very bland style. They did not try to "make it right" nor did they compensate me for anything. My $60+ total for my girlfriend and I was completely a waste of money and honestly, we were fairly upset at the lack of care that was given to the situation.
1 star, would not recommend.
** Definitely do not recommend their country fried burger, nor their...
