Honest reviewā¦.save your money and go somewhere else. The machines break all the time and let out all the heat. It has happened to me multiple times with a few different machines. They will say they had it fixed but the issue kept arising. It can also be frustrating when you book a time and still have to wait awhile to get into your sauna. They donāt let you go straight to your room, you have to be brought in by a staff member. There is usually only one person working there and when a lot of people come in at the same time for different rooms it can take awhile to get into your room (Iāve had to wait up to 20 min after my scheduled time before). I recommend going to Perspire, 1) itās cheaper, 2) no wait to get into your room, 3) excellent saunas with tv and music, 4) they also donāt charge you for one more month when you want to cancel!
(Also just reviewing after leaving months ago, hopefully things...

I am an avid sauna-goer. The "cabana" sauna was quite small, and you couldn't lean back because the infrared heat was coming out the back wall.
The sauna is not in a room, but rather in the middle of the hallway with just a small, thin, black curtain surrounding it with about 2 feet of space between the curtain and the sauna door. There are also saunas on both sides (3 in a row?), if anyone else were getting in, getting out, changing, I think we'd all be stumbling nude and sticking to each other lol.
There was no room to change in between the curtain and the sauna door, had to shuffle in my towel to their (1?) bathroom.
Also, "ipad" or tablet, whatever, inside the sauna was extremely slow, not super responsive to touch, and very...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTo be honest, when I first saw the signs on this place, I was very skeptical. But, I have some health issues that give me joint and muscle pain so my doctor suggested IR sauna to generate āheat shock proteins.ā Again, I was skeptical and I absolutely hate being hot. When I read they have saunas where you can lay down and keep your head out, I decided to give it a shot. The ability to have my head out, or even get completely out of the sauna, at any time makes all the difference. I can tolerate the heat and can attest that it makes a dramatic difference in my pain for several days. I also leave feeling more relaxed and happy. Thereās a parking garage and a code to make it free of charge. Everyone who works here has been so nice and welcoming and no one has given me a high pressure sales pitch....
