Daydreamer is a true gem on Austin's East 6th Street! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was captivating—beautiful, inviting, and perfectly designed for both intimate conversations and long, relaxed evenings.
We sampled several cocktails from their thoughtfully curated menu, along with some wine and Champagne, and every sip was delightful. The flavors were expertly balanced and showcased creativity and craftsmanship.
The service was impeccable. The staff was not only attentive but genuinely warm, making us feel welcome and seen throughout our visit. It’s rare to find a place that pairs such elevated drinks with such a personable experience.
While we didn’t visit during a special event, the holiday decorations added a festive charm that made the space feel even more magical. It’s the kind of place you want to linger, soak in the atmosphere, and savor every moment.
Daydreamer is a must-visit for anyone in Austin—whether you're celebrating, catching up with friends, or just treating yourself to a fantastic night out. I can’t...
Read moreTook a date here the other night, and I’m always nervous about taking a date somewhere I’ve never been before, but I like to gamble and took a chance….and I was very happy I did.
Drinks were phenomenal, and was very happy they use egg whites in the whiskey sours, the old fashioned I had was very smooth and well tasted (probably one of the best I’ve had in awhile). I also ordered the espresso martini and their house speciality Alexander Fizz. All the drinks were amazing, service was good and within a very acceptable time range (I saw some people reviewed saying service was slow, but I felt the complete opposite of that).
The atmosphere would definitely make a great intimate setting for a date night with a significant other or for first date drinks.
Will highly recommend and return and add this place to my “go-to list”
Price wise is reasonable, ordered around 7ish drinks and came out to $100~. There is a public parking garage across the street at around $12 for 4 hours, so not terrible at all if you can’t find...
Read moreHello!! I really do not like giving non good reviews, but I have to gripe a little bit here. The wheelchair accessibility is disgustingly abysmal. It’s located in a maze through the back, and if someone is parked even slightly askew in one of the back parking spots, it’s completely un-useable. Have you ever actually asked someone in a wheelchair if this entrance is feasible? If you had, they would tell you that this entrance is absolutely not ok. This is not ADA compliant at all. It would be impossible for someone in a wheelchair to even find out how to access the accessible entrance, and the gate is so heavy that many wouldn’t be able to come in on their own. It’s embarrassing guys, do better. You clearly have the infrastructure to provide an adequate ADA entrance but choose not to. Drinks are bangin though, very strong. We won’t be back because of the lack of care put into the...
