Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Austin

I placed an order with Domino’s, and after waiting over an hour with no delivery, I called and was on hold for 40 minutes with only hold music. On the second call, I waited another 15 minutes but couldn’t reach anyone. Frustrated, I placed an order with a different company. Eventually, the Domino’s order arrived nearly three hours late. The driver, Drew, who drives a white Honda Accord, tossed the pizza out of the bag like a frisbee, and it landed on the ground. The pizza was cold and tasted like it had been sitting somewhere for a while, and the sodas were missing. I even chased the driver down the driveway to ask about the sodas, but he told me to take it up with the manager and left. The next day, I had to drive to the store to speak with the manager, Maggie, in person because they don’t answer their phones. Although she refunded the order, she didn’t seem fazed by what I shared with her, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I don’t know what’s going on, it used to be really great every time we came for the past year but in the past few weeks every time we order the same pizza that we have been ordering for a year it is wrong. All we order is a large pizza (sometimes with light sauce) and extra cheese and the past few times we have gotten it it has been cooked SUUUUUPER dark like all the cheese and crust is dark brown, no sauce except in the middle (light doesn’t mean zero) and there isn’t even cheese on every part of the pizza, multiple spots of just bread bubbles😭 idk if they have someone new making them or what but please change whatever it is back 😂 my 6yo son gets pissed every time because it’s not “right”, we usually just eat 2-3 pieces of it and throw away the rest but today we finally asked them to remake it 🥲

Used to be good service and good quality food but seems to have gone downhill. Last order it took them almost 2 hours to deliver less than 1 mile from the store at 11am, a time of day where there should never be a wait for pizza. That’s the last time I’ll order there. They wouldn’t even refund me after delivering a cold pizza.

Edit: decided to give them another chance and do takeout instead of delivery and thinking this may solve any issues. Ordered 2 pizzas, tracker said order was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival, one pizza was done, and they said the second pizza just went in and would be about 10 minutes. So I stood and waited for one pizza to fully cook while the other one sat on the counter.
