Such great service, food and people!
We don't eat Indian Food often, but when we do we like a little of everything!! What was really cool about this place is the "fusion" showcasing different types of Indian and Chinese curries.
We really enjoyed ALL of it, but the standout for sure was the Lamb Rogan Josh. It was SO TENDER, flavorful and NOT gamey! Plus the rice they give you was more then enough for even leftover!
The naan breads were SUPER FLUFFY to! Also loved the chicken tandoori plate and Chicken korahi. We got a chili onion naan and that paired with the korahi gave it some nice heat! Plus the chili chicken momos were fun. Kinda reminded me of a Korean sweet and sour short rib sauce.
Overall definitely recommend you checking them out! Would totally go back for some more dishes, cause they have quite the spread! They are located in a little food truck park in a quite little neighborhood so I imagine they will be great for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThere are already plenty of 5āļø reviews so they certainly donāt need mine but I have to come and say that I havenāt had amazing N Indian food for over 20 years. Back then I was a full on vegetarian and weekly would visit my friend SaLala at the Indian Palace in El Paso. He would make me the most delicious bindi masala, paneer masala, aloo Gobi (that both my vegetarian children loved), with fat garlic naan. I have to say, the boys at this food trailerā¦they know what theyāre doing. I had the bindi and paneer and the portions are hearty and came with rice, the naan is chefs š. I cannot wait to try some of their other dishes and hope their Rohan Josh, saag paneer and daal equally live up to this order. Now if only they made bengain barthhaā¦š. Will be back and Iāll probably have to walk there because my pants are going to get too tight with how delicious...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe portions and dishes are amazing. Like a lot of others have said, we don't order Indian very often but we love it. So when we do, we order a variety of things. For 3 people we ordered 3 dishes, a couple of naan, and 2 orders of samosas.
The Butter Chicken, Lamb Vindaloo, and Chicken Tikka Masala were all up there with some of the best I've had. They gave us a ton of rice, and each dish is definitely enough for 2, but the prices aren't ridiculous, so it's worth a splurge to have leftovers.
It took less than 20 mins to be ready and the guys there seem really nice and clearly know what they're doing, to be able to make Indian food of this quality with such a diverse menu, out of a food truck.
I can't believe this is in our neighborhood. I can't...
