Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Austin

Worked here for only a couple months a few years, as a side gig for extra spending cash. Coworkers were fine, management expected me to know everything about the sandwiches even though I worked less than 10 hours a week and as delivery, which was not enough to keep up for wear and tear on my OWN vehicle. Minimum wage, I was getting paid MUCH more at my main job.

The nail that broke the camel's back for me was when I got a call from my bank saying my paycheck bounced. My PAYCHECK. Supposedly it was eventually figured out, but not before another paycheck bounced to where I started cashing my checks at the grocery stores.

We used to really love Jimmy John's, but it seems they've really gone downhill. On July 12 we ordered three sandwiches online. Without going into great detail I'll just say all were wrong and quite disastrously so. The sandwiches were undesirably inedible, but we didn't take them back as we were pressed for time. I contacted customer service later that evening as it would've been useless to speak with the clueless teens working the shop that evening. It was very clear they didn't care about their jobs in any matter. After six days I received no apology but did get a $10 gift card in the mail, which we won't be utilizing as we're not returning there. i usually love Jimmy Johns. everyone that works there is so nice and pretty fast i should say, but today i sat in the drive through for a half hour, there was no one inside, and there was no one behind me or infront of my in the drive through. i first had to wait 10 minutes to order my food and then when i got to the window i had to wait another 10 minutes to pay, and after i payed i asked if i could have my sprite because the lady almost forgot it. so after i asked, i waited another 10 minutes and finally after that i just drove away because i spent my entire work lunch in the drive through and i never even...
