Neako and Jackson are fantastic employees. They deserve recognition. They premade the daily special so that my smoothie was already ready when I ordered it. This is brilliant because it’s probably ordered a lot and improves what customers dislike most which is waiting. I go to a lot of juice land and haven’t noticed this before a great practice as a fellow business person.

One of the three ways to create RAVING FANS as the business book says: Hone the customer experience process and find ways to give that extra 1% that people love and will notice. In this case, I noticed how Jackson and Neako put in that extra 1%. They used their downtown to prepare which made their busy time more efficient and manageable. Customers notice. 💛

I am a regular at Juiceland and I just want to acknowledge how incredible the Whole Foods location staff is. Jackson is always smiling and asking me how I'm doing. The smoothies are always incredible, and if there's ever even a slight issue they fix things immediately. Service is fast, even when they're busy. And yesterday (4/30) they helped remedy a situation from the 3rd street location - a big shout out to Joaquin, Cash, and Addison for being so kind and helpful.

Coming to the Juiceland at Whole Foods always lifts my mood - the employees are wonderful, the service is great, the smoothies are delicious. I will continue to return....

I don’t write reviews often but when I do I mean them. It’s my first time in Austin and I’ve been here less than 24 hours and with COVID I haven’t had luck meeting people or finding good spots to sit and eat. Pierce, Kyle & Ahtziri were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. They went the extra mile not just to make me a fire breakfast but also to make sure I had a great first time here in the city.
