Lucky Lab Coffee Co. — Restaurant in Austin

The staff are lovely but the quality of food is so disappointing. I ordered a latte and I tasted more milk than coffee which should not be the case. I also bought a slice of banana bread and it was extremely dense from over mixing. I usually wouldn't mind too much but the bread itself was pretty flavorless.

Management/the owners should take more pride in the quality that is being served. Again, the staff was lovely and kind but some more training would help tremendously. I don't want to support a chain like Starbucks so I want to give Lucky Lab Coffee in the future another chance. I hope they make some changes.

i think the drinks and food are generally good, but the online ordering system could use some more work. twice now i have made an online order only to arrive at my pickup time missing an item and to be told that they are out of the item (usually a food item). this is understandable, but it would be helpful for the online ordering site to reflect this. also the text notifications for orders being prepared and readied to be picked up is not accurate as well. for how much the online ordering system is advertised, it...

It's diabolical the reviews on this location are so bad. Maybe it's because it's so busy during the semester, but during the summer it has outperformed the flagship location on drink quality consistently. Of course the flagship location has fresher food because it's literally made there, but the baristas at this location have got their latte...
